😆„Should I stay or should I quit.“ Looks like Craig isn’t only dissatisfied with his missions as an agent in 007’s/cinema’s history. Probably he “knew” the obvious thing at this point (3rd movie): it wasn‘t a good idea to squeeze Cinema Bond in a TV series style story approach.
I’m curious whether Bezos and some others learned enough; one movie = one mission!

Yeah. I do like though that Sean Connery has the same ”casual dating” girl in both Dr. No and From Russia eith Love. I like some connecting tissue.

But I never cared about Vesper enough to have Daniel Craig be down in five films over her.

Good lord. What a strange movie! 🤣

I fully knew what I was getting into when watching this and in that regard it did not disappoint.

A 1980s vibe, with Power Rangers style costuming but a Troma movie vibe. It’s ridiculous. But if you watch it, stay for the after first credits scene and the early 90s style rap song that recaps the movie.

Truly bizarre, but I laughed and had fun with it.

    First time watching. Great movie.
  • This was better than every disaster movie since Dante's Peak maybe... (not counting ones with aliens in them) not that I remember them all:

I'm going to be thinking about this movie for a while.

Revolutionary Road just made me think of Kramer's rant to Jerry when he gets engaged about how marriage is a man-made prison.

Agreed! Although I’m a Volcano guy. This movie was less about seeing things get torched and more about what it would be like from a personal perspective.

    Also, filmed near my home!

Jawbreaker might have the tightest first act of all time. The Big Short might have the worst poster of all time.

I'd watch a movie about paint drying with Morena Baccarin in it.
