    Not quite up to par with a lot of stuff in this thread, but tonight I made pollock po’ boys. I think this is the first time in my entire life I have fried something at home.

    It is not supposed to be fancy. Throw stuff on a roll and feed your people. If they are full then you did it well.

    How did you come to use Pollock?  Very versatile fish. It's one we fished for in Alaska when I worked there.  Never heard of it until I did.

    Not too fishy tasting.
