I do not mind the cracker crust, the processed cheese, or the square cut. But I am not a fan of liquid smoke.
yes. Fake smoke is very outputting.
you find fake smoke very strenuous, do you? lol

That looks amazing. I have been seeking out Margherita pizzas when we go to new places. They are becoming my favorite.

Looks great and I love those 3 cheeses so would be happy to try on a pizza.
There is actually a popular place in NJ that sneaks some cheddar into some of their pizza types and I think the pizza illuminati do not know, eat it, and love it.

I also think a little cheddar snuck in there adds some depth, especially when its a little brown and crispy. Most times when I see cheddar on a pie, its a cheeseburger pizza.

    Manco and Manco
It is a stalwart on the boardwalk and they add white cheddar in with the mozzarella.  It is delicious.

  • fuck I haven't had a good pie in a LONG time. Friday is pizza night, but it's always make your own (at home). she buys these flatbread type crusts, and we basically throw vegetables and whatever flesh leftovers we might have. Sometimes they're ok, but nothing like a good pie from a non-chain like Santa Lucia's.
Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer

And because of you, I will not be eating Lou's on Super Bowl Sunday.
Because I just put my last Lou's in the oven.
    Haha
I will be ordering 6 more this evening.

I have said before we do not eat take out pizza anymore. But we might make a pizza toast, tortilla, quesadilla, or a pizza bagel. Sauce cheese garlic italian seasoning, maybe a bit of calabrian chile sauce. A little sauce and cheese is all you need. That said, my daughter just hit me for $40 worth of Dominos. I have failed as a father apparently. I guess it is better than Mickey D's.
