    * The following opinion is mine and mine alone and does not represent the views of my family, friends, government and/or my past, present or future employer. US Department of State: 1-888-407-4747.

Too bad I’ll likely be out of here less than a year before retirement when I would consider sharing my full story that lasted close to five years. Not that the truth matters to happy you or the angry men around here, who would come up with any excuse to call me a liar to prevent them from considering facts regarding the harms of their beloved policies.

    * The following opinion is mine and mine alone and does not represent the views of my family, friends, government and/or my past, present or future employer. US Department of State: 1-888-407-4747.

None of which prevents you from making a claim. Call the EEOC if you believe you’ve been wronged. You’re encouraged to by their secretary or under secretary.

An instance of harm from a “beloved policies” is not indicative of failure of said policies. Might as well jettison all gun laws and traffic laws if that’s the case. Acknowledgment of past injustice and trying to right past wrongs is not the crime you think it is.

Yup, fuck the truth is right. Hilarious coming from someone not once critical of CCOOTWH and his “truths.” Just more “it’s the dems’s fault for everything” spiel.

It’s just 24/7 bias from you. You post like you know something and you don’t. You have minimal knowledge on this and refuse to better yourself, year after year.

    Per EEOC,

Limits On Compensatory & Punitive Damages

There are limits on the amount of compensatory and punitive damages a person can recover. These limits vary depending on the size of the employer:

    • For employers with 15-100 employees, the limit is $50,000.
    • For employers with 101-200 employees, the limit is $100,000.
    • For employers with 201-500 employees, the limit is $200,000.
    • For employers with more than 500 employees, the limit is $300,000.“

And reverse discrimination is notoriously difficult to prove. This was recently huge news just a couple months ago, how come you’re not aware of it?

     Yes, reverse discrimination claims
used to be tougher to prove due to a "background circumstances" hurdle, but the U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled (June 2025) that majority-group plaintiffs face the same standard as anyone else, removing that higher burden and making them easier to bring, though proving any discrimination case still requires evidence of disparate treatment based on protected traits. “

All of which prevents you from dialling a phone and making a claim, eh?

You have not a fucking clue as to what I know or don’t know as it relates to the EEOC and claims. Keep playing the victim card.

Since Trump returned to office, the Education Department’s civil rights office has not resolved a single racial harassment investigation.

It sends a message that “people impacted by racial discrimination ... don’t matter,” one attorney said.

Those are facts I’ve been aware of for years if not decades. If you are suggesting going to the EEOC while fully knowing of the extremely low limits on awards and the higher threshold of reverse discrimination evidentiary rules that’s about as dishonest as it can get. Wait, even more. You’d need to hire a lawyer, and these claims get expensive to prove, it’s not “just a call.” But it sounds like you know all this and are playing incompetent to suit your political dishonesty.

congratulations for making Trump look honest.

Then all I have to say is quit yer bitchin and stop crying victim. You have recourse from a federal government commission that is openly soliciting “victims” of discriminatory workplace practices. That from the current CCOOTWH Administration, slavery and civil rights practices be damned.

    Congratulations.

Then all I have to say is quit yer bitchin and stop crying victim. You have recourse from a federal government commission that is openly soliciting “victims” of discriminatory workplace practices. That from the current CCOOTWH Administration, slavery and civil rights practices be damned.

    Congratulations.

I made a point that since I’m leaving before retirement I would be never  be able to share my full story, and then replied to an onslaught of dishonest attacks from you and others. What happened was real,  despite your dishonest approach here. Also, Have you considered any issue may have been resolved BEFORE the federal govt did a 180 on this issue? Yeah, you and thoughtful commentary…I get the irony.

Perhaps consider you are on the wrong end of politics and it’s not ok to support racism  when the target’s politics doesn’t align with yours. or when a commenter brings evidence certain beloved  policies cause harm, and that it is you who is victim blaming with your dishonest approach here.

    It won't happen.
Takes too long from idea to actuality.
My guess, my hope, is that these ships will be renamed when they set sail as either Biden or Obama class 😃

This whole thing of naming things after himself is so fucking pathetic I can hardly stand it. The psychosis has to be worse then can be imagined.

Reminds me of the fake "Man of the Year" Time magazine cover that he had framed in his shitty office at marapedo.

Nice AI citation by the way.

Perpetual victimhood. Sounds like CCOOTWH. By order of the bold:

"dishonest attacks"? Please quote them. I've been nothing but honest in my commentary and responses, heck, I even admitted to being racist for my condemnation of Israel's genocide.

"dishonest approach?' By pointing out the historic nature of racism and the role its played in keeping certain "others" down in a multitude of ways and forms? Your continued lack of acknowledgement of those facts, despite posted facts to the contrary, and thinking racism against others ended in 1865 is what is dishonest.

Have you considered that the "others" who have suffered far longer and far egregiously than you ever will have never had their issues resolved? Have you even considered what it must be like to walk a mile in the "others" shoes? I severely doubt it. I recognize that by virtue of my white skin, I am afforded certain privileges that "others" are not. You seemingly don't recognize this fact. At all.

Nor is is it okay to fail to acknowledge 'Murica's sordid past and the role it has played and to throw out the baby with the bath water because of the alleged harm caused you. You seemingly had your issue "resolved", per your own claim, and yet here you are, complaining about the great injustice, that to date, lacks context or specifics. And even then, does that justify the reversion to 1865 times? Because we know racism doesn't exist today?

Again, no specifics regarding the "victim", just railing against anything that might assist a marginalized group of "others" from a fair and level playing field and again, then pointing that out is "dishonest." Again, I've been nothing but honest in my replies.

    Enjoy your retirement.
