    Or that a war will lead to a FDR third term.

    Yep it’s planned for that scenario! Don’t get me wrong Maduro is a dictator or was and he let Venezuela crumble hence the exodus of the working class. But still if this had been done by Biden I’m not sure Republicans would be clapping
