    This is terrible for multiple reasons.

    It's a hate crime.  It was a father and son duo.  The people were gathering for worship.  That has to be the lowest thing in the world to do, killing people assembling for prayer...

    You can own a gun in Australia and UK .
    Just strict rules about storing them and what the use is for . 
    I.e game keepers. Farmers. Recreational clay pigeon shooting
