  • No way they do any shows next year take that to the bank
I agree but wouldn’t be surprised if two nights at Ohana is there way to debut their new drummer, and then hit SA in November.

Man...they just had so much momentum with Dark Matter and a great run of touring for it. Kind of killed the buzz since the tour ended.

    100%

I had been hoping they’d tour this for a long time, sort of similar to what happened with Lightening Bolt.

I may be wrong but my gut instinct is that we will see them sooner than we think. The band obviously are keen to continue otherwise they would have packed it in when Matt decided to step away….. It has been hinted that Matt was the reason they stopped doing the longer shows. Who knows maybe it was Matt as well who drove recent touring patterns. I am trying to stay optimistic!

This would be bad news for my pocket book if they start playing longer shows again. So many songs in the catalogue to play.  They don’t need to be perfect.  It is a rock concert.

Most energised Ive seen them in years when playing new material. They looked like they were having so much fun and killing it. Dark Matter hasnt had the shows it really deserved, I just hope we get more tours before a new album arrives.

Based on what many were saying it seems unlikely the band have plans to play live until Autumn/Fall 2026, which pretty much kills the hope of a Euro summer jaunt.

But you just never know if a big festival or two turns their head. Doubtful but who knows

Likely to be something somewhere next year even if just EV solo. They like to keep the crew busy. Think it may be around 20 years ago when they last did nothing (excluding 2020)

I think they already have someone lined up...and a possible Euro tour would be about 9,5 months away...one can live in hope...

I'd love to see them in Santa Clara on February 8th. Them playing the Super Bowl halftime is way overdue! I'd want Corduroy, Dark Matter, Animal, Life Wasted, Alive and bring out Neil for Rockin' in the Free World.

You know what at this point, why not?

We need something soon, it’s way too quiet.

Indeed we do. But not Super Bowl halftime.
