    Anyone familiar with Stomp Under Foot pedals?  I've heard they make good octave fuzz pedals, although the only one I see available right now is the Silver Fox.  I was watching a gear breakdown for the band King Buffalo and the guitarist uses both the Bucket of Blood and La Scatola which are no longer in production.

    I had an Amherst and an Astoria from Stomp Under Foot. They are Big Muff pedals based on J Mascis' and David Gilmour's respective pedals. Both of them were very well made and they sounded awesome. I ended up selling them because I had a lot of other Big Muff variants at the same time. 

    Would definitely recommend Stomp Under Foot, though. Great builder and the pedals are pro-level. The Silver Foxx is a Foxx Tone Machine circuit that has some improvements over the 70's originals. I have a Homebrew Electronics Ultimate Fuzz Octave which is a similar thing. One of my all time favorite fuzz pedals. I'm sure the Silver Foxx is very well executed.

    last night i bought a headrush prime and a 12" frfr speaker. never thought I would even look at modelers but I like the idea of being able to clone my rare/vintage amps and pedals so that I can leave the expensive stuff at home. will report back after playing around with it for a while....

    i always swore i would never deviate from amps and pedals, but here we are.

    I'm considering the Silver Fox for the octave boost.  I just ordered a Civil Unrest pedal based on Sovtek fuzz from the 90's.  My wallet was dreading the day I decided to go down the fuzz rabbit hole

    Thanks ... trying to keep to this footprint to avoid creating Pedalosaurus.  It fits nicely in a little alcove near my amp.

    it does but it looks like a pretty standard looper pedal.  I don't understand why the reviewer likes it so much more than others.

    ah man that one looks better than the polka dot one i have. i guess i will have to get this one as well. i'd probably put this one on my board. i was not going to put the polka dot one on my board and risk it getting stolen.  i am glad they are able to mass produce these now. a lot of people missed out the first go round.

    this reviewer is great. i think he was in grim reaper. i will never forget how beavis and butthead roasted those guys back in 92 or 93.

    it was the limited color notaklons. 80s theme. something i don't think too many people would be interested in. i know i wasn't. i mean, it's a simple klon circuit with a mod to make it hotter. don't need fancy packaging for that.

    i did see that they are ending the "legends of fuzz" series though. honestly i am surprised they lasted this long. there were just too many to choose from. i am not a huge fuzz guy. i might have considered the bender one though because those old tone benders were pretty awesome.
