And now, an executive order that calls for the involuntary institutionalization of the homeless and mentally ill without due process or clear release criteria. https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/07/ending-crime-and-disorder-on-americas-streets/

    video.....

Trump: “It looks like it’s about $3.1 billion…”

Powell: “I’m not aware of that.”

    Trump: “It just came out.”

Powell: “You are including the Martin renovation. You just added in a third building.”

    Trump: “It’s a building that's being built.”

Powell: “No, it was built five years ago.”

July 18: If we have a smart president, you're never going to let the dollar slide. If you have a dummy, that could happen. July 25: A weak dollar makes you a hell of a lot more money. It doesn't sound good, but you make a hell of a lot more money with a weaker dollar than you do with a strong dollar

Once again, President Trump is making deals with America's best interests in mind.
For too long, our international trade partners have been taking advantage of us,
because we had weak leaders and weaker negotiaters.
The countries of the world have long thought of the U.S. as their personal piggy bank but,
with a national debt of over $36 trillion, things must change and Trump is doing just that.

So you are good with 15% tariffs?  How is that a victory?  I thought we supported free trade.  What exactly is YOUR position on trade?  It appears to be whatever Trump tells you it is.

So the thing with Japan is that they obstruct the import of many foreign products. It is not as bad as China, but try to sell your product in Japan. You may have heard about Japanese administration. Sure you can sell your rice here. They may even give you a permit after you pay for it. Then it sits in the port for 3 weeks. Then they say you cannot import this rice, it is rotten.  It has gotten better but it is still heavily controlled. It is not an open market. I know a thing or two about this subject.

The bit is, they are supposed to be promoting production here, but it’s more expensive now to build her vs keeping things the way they are.

    They can’t do anything right.

We cannot build most things here. That ship sailed decades ago. To suggest otherwise is complete business denial. It is politics. Say what you want the voters to hear. It is a dirty business and, Trump does dirty well. Do not hate the player, hate the game.
