Yum. What kind of steak? How do you cook it. I don't cook steak that often.
Grilled a porterhouse 4 minutes each side, simple seasoning salt&pepper never wash the steak before grilling it and season at least 40 minutes before grilling

Went to a high tea today for a friend’s birthday. I felt very civilized. It was delicious. I loved the little sandwiches. The smoked salmon was really good.

They were really good. The bottom tier round ones were ham and mustard with a little pickle on top. Next to that was curried chicken salad. The middle tier had the smoked salmon with dill and capers. It also had little phyllo cups with hummus and cucumber. And some type of bread with a lettuce cup filled with walnuts. Those were my least favorite. The scones were amazing. The butter was so good. The deserts on top were also delicious. I definitely was stuffed full when I left there
