    That’s the issue I ran into. Wasn’t able to click on it at all.
    Same for me. It was almost ticketmasteresque with Pittsburgh GA tickets. Maybe worse! At least with TM I was able to get the spinning wheel of death as a giant middle finger.

    demetrios mentioned the same thing..... when I turned the poster on i clicked on the image on the home page and it took me right to the purchase page... so I don't know why the issue you and a few others mentioned the last sale too happens.... if anyone has any shopify trouble shooting expertise I am all ears
    I was testing the checkout process out before the PJ poster dropped and the top two posters on the featured page weren’t clickable on my phone unless you clicked them in just the right spot. Definitely took some trial and error. Happened to me again once the Pitt went up. Took several clicks to access it.

    Hopefully will be easier to secure at Color Haiku! 🤞

    weird, just the right spot...? maybe it's just from all the traffic, it bogs the functionality down? I have no clue... I had no clue how my website worked when i had it custom made, and I have no clue how shopify works other then just doing what it says to do.

    Hey Brad -- great work on the poster design. Per your question on the issue demetrios and others have mentioned -- your shop home page has a banner when viewed on a PC (appears above the products and under the site nav at the top). When viewed on a mobile device, that banner isn't visible, but is still there in the page layout. It ends up sitting above the first two products, rendering them unclickable. Do you control your CSS for the shop? If so, I can send you a fix.

    They easily could sell a lot more than what they made.  If they couldn't then you would have had a point.

    But that is not how it works with limited items. Make a batch sell it and move on. That is why they are limited. They are not going to make more just because the fans want them. They do not want thousands of plates and tokens in the warehouse. I think they have done a good job of making posters more accessible. But when they introduce something new, there are limited production runs.

    And huge shout out to Brad for communicating with the fans. Well done.

    I don’t own a cellphone. I tried buying on an iPad. I didn’t have the unclickable issue.

    I apparently had the I-don’t-have-a-mobile number-and-can’t-sign-up-for-shoppay-and-pay-in-three-clicks-issue.

    Also, in the time it took me to type this Mr. Klausen could have sold around 900 N1 posters.

    Not sure if others have the issue, but I still couldnt get the Puscifer even if I wanted it. Seems like I may have never had a chance at the drop today.

    Ok...you don't know what CSS is and I don't know anything about how Shopify stores are setup. This should be fun :)

    When you open your shop's home page on your PC, you see the banner that has your logo and the 5 posters (PJ, QOTSA, WP, NIN, BK). You can see the "bug" by resizing your browser window down to a minimum width. Once you've sized the browser window down to something less than 749px wide, that banner will disappear. But really it's just becoming invisible, which you can confirm by the fact that the first two items won't be clickable -- that invisible banner is still there, sitting on top of the top 2 products, blocking the clicks.

    Your site references a CSS file that controls the style of that banner: section-image-banner.css

    The offending section is lines 72-74 of that file:

    .banner--medium:not(.banner--mobile-bottom):not(.banner--adapt) .banner__content {
        min-height: 34rem;
     }

    Removing those lines fixes the issue, but may create unintended consequences elsewhere. A better fix may be to change those lines to:

    .banner--medium:not(.banner--mobile-bottom):not(.banner--adapt) .banner__content {
        pointer-events: none;
        min-height: 34rem;
    }

    Of course, that file may not be editable at all in Shopify, for all I know. If not, there may be some options in whatever section of Shopify controls that banner. Happy to help out as much as I can given all you've done over the years!

    i am a desktop dinosaur too.... always have been for my job.... never made the leap to a lap top, and I think that kept me in the desktop past.... when everyone was using laptops and going to coffee shops to work, I was still at my desk..... then people on lap tops went to phones.... and i am still on my desktop. Old habits die hard...... that shoulda been the tag line to one of the Die Hard sequels..... cut to Bruce Willis in an air duct again... movie guy voice "old habits...DIE HARD"..........
    I love my desktop - well, probably my 10th desktop.  I have a 2 screens so I can watch a show while going about my business.  I've always preferred a mouse for driving.  I guess old habits never die.  I also prefer vinyl to any other format and have 500+ cd's.  The life of a 51 year old....
