That is not the size of a hole made by a 5.56mm projectile.Where do people come up with such things?
A ricocheted round could leave an exit wound that large.  A clean shot would not, you are correct.

I know people who store barrels of dried food and basic ingredients too. I don't know how much of a focus is on a skilled community other than family survival, but the focus isn't on just guns for a doomsday prepper.
But you really don't think if there was a collapse you won't need a way to protect yourself? I hope that wouldn't be the case, but I think looting and robbing would be common if food was not available to the masses.

I also know people who remember days in their childhoods where another meal wasn’t a certainty, and trauma drives their decision to prepare for the worst.

Citing a ProPublica investigation, a group representing firearms owners has asked three federal agencies to investigate how the gun industry secretly used the intimate details of weapons buyers for political purposes.

“Gun owners’ privacy is not a partisan or ideological issue,” one group member wrote.

Interesting article.  Every time you click on "agree to terms" they are collecting data. I never thought that was right but you can't use certain products if you "disagree" with the terms.

My other question would be as to why and what are you collecting this information for?  They used it to get votes for the elections.  Crazy right?

NEW: The Trump administration has decided to permit the sale of devices that enable standard firearms to fire rapid bursts of bullets, a move that critics say “effectively legalized machine guns.”
