Yum! My London broil has been pretty good to me. I've been eating it all week! Steak and eggs were killer. Also did brussel sprouts with diced potatoes. Could have been better. Not as charred up as I like. Crowded and rushed it on my pan. Have a large skillet I need to put to work.

I eat one of these bowls every week.. mix up protein a bit, this one has shrimp, tofu, rice, plantains, avocado, summer slaw, edamame, sweet potato, cashew nuts, cauliflower

All of those pastries look amazing. Venieros is in my neighborhood. They have incredible Italian desserts. There is this place in Little Italy I also go to. Maybe time to take a little walk over there. Yum!!0

I went to a Tuna cutting the other day. That probably sounds super food dorky, but it was pretty cool.
He explained all the different types of cuts, and there was a tasting after.

No way! That is cool. I used to sell fish and loved slicing a fresh sliver off a tuna loin. Miss it.0
