You are wrong about that. If you make a certain amount of income there is no aid. Deny your child a highlight of their life over a political dispute? Yeah just move to the side.

The UN is not that far away. Go protest there. Find the Israeli embassy. Sit in the middle of the quad at an ivy league private university and do not be surprised if you are removed or detained by security or the police. Just not a smart move.Protesters use the campus as a shield against the NYPD. Almost everything about their protests are dishonest. Americans? Nope. Legal? Nope. Tactically smart? Nope. If laundry list of legal violations isn’t enough to draw out potential Hamas evils to many observers, there is something very wrong with free speech. It’s wasted on us.
They protested Biden policy. Many said their protests will help get trump re elected. It did. What exactly do they expect now? If the protests against hamas never happen in Gaza, how does peace occur? Are you not aware Columbia called in the NYPD? Property destroyed? Many arrests? Graduation ceremony and classes cancelled? Students expelled?
there seems to be a political passion in these comments, but they repeatedly demonstrate a refusal to debate on honest terms.
How many dead Palestinians to quench Israel’s blood lust of revenge?
What tangible benefits does the US receive for $4B+ in taxpayer dollars going to Israel?
Answer Mickey’s question, if you’re being honest.I did multiple times, pay attention. And his question is irrelevant. Peace deals are made with countries. You and mick have zero interest in a peace deal. Only hatred of Israeli policies. The only way to end this conflict is thru a deal. Unless if you are aware of another way to stop a war.WOW. Got called an authoritarian? Will the rules be enforced? Doubt if it’s a pro liberal point. Keep attacking and obfuscating.
This only ends with a peace deal. Donnie is the ONLY American president to negotiate with hamas. And they told him no. They want more war, or at the least, not enough negotiation to continue the cease fire.
This was about protesters breaking the law on American soil. The protests apparently weren’t real, they were potentially about Hamas trying to influence public opinion. Well…they helped trump. If they understood politics 101…protesting VERY BAD DURING A GENERAL ELECTION.
now they get to deal with trump, who is obscenely pro Israel. Guess this is what they wanted. Negotiations…obviously not.
again…. first amendment protesting is not clear for non citizens. Let them have their day in court. Why are you so against the steps needed to reach peace and justice? Seems like it has to do with hatred. Oh so liberal…oh peace is made between countries? is that why Israel asked big daddy to block recognition of Palestine at the UN?very interested in a deal. just cant seem to see how one is possible with the continued expansion of settlements, illegal ones by the way, in occupied territory....._____________________________________SIGNATURE________________________________________________

Would you negotiate with a nuclear power that broke a cease fire and killed 400 more of your people? Yes or no question.Ok great, continue to curse out Israel, what do you hope to accomplish? They can continuously engage in war without your four billion, so what do you hope to accomplish? Neither political party has abandoned Israel, and the hint of a pro Palestine protest got an extreme right winger elected. Now what? Are you just looking to look good or solve a serious problem?
hamas is a terrorist organization. If any protesters have any hint of ties to Hamas the courts will rule them deportable and then it’s completely up to Rubio whether they are gone.
they protested Biden, good luck with trump.0 -

”Any hint of ties.” Is that a violation of law? They were “suspected.” Deport them. What a great authoritarian regime, ‘Murica.
Israel would collapse without $4B+ , maybe $7B+, in US economic and military aid. I wonder when COOTWH will stop allowing them “to rip us off.?”
Israel has the higher ground as a richer, nuclear armed power and seemingly, the moral support, more than the Palestinians. As such, as COOTWH would say, “they hold all the cards.” What do I expect? Israel to honour their cease fire and treaty obligations, or there will be reductions in support, both politically and financially. Subsidized apartheid has no future.Let me know when Hamas has been eradicated. See where that gets you.
And you didn’t answer my question. It was a yes or no.
Stupidity, apathy and misinformation got COOTWH elected. “They’re eating the dogs. They’re eating the cats. Of the people that live there.”Post edited by Halifax2TheMax on09/15/1998 & 09/16/1998, Mansfield, MA; 08/29/00 08/30/00, Mansfield, MA; 07/02/03, 07/03/03, Mansfield, MA; 09/28/04, 09/29/04, Boston, MA; 09/22/05, Halifax, NS; 05/24/06, 05/25/06, Boston, MA; 07/22/06, 07/23/06, Gorge, WA; 06/27/2008, Hartford; 06/28/08, 06/30/08, Mansfield; 08/18/2009, O2, London, UK; 10/30/09, 10/31/09, Philadelphia, PA; 05/15/10, Hartford, CT; 05/17/10, Boston, MA; 05/20/10, 05/21/10, NY, NY; 06/22/10, Dublin, IRE; 06/23/10, Northern Ireland; 09/03/11, 09/04/11, Alpine Valley, WI; 09/11/11, 09/12/11, Toronto, Ont; 09/14/11, Ottawa, Ont; 09/15/11, Hamilton, Ont; 07/02/2012, Prague, Czech Republic; 07/04/2012 & 07/05/2012, Berlin, Germany; 07/07/2012, Stockholm, Sweden; 09/30/2012, Missoula, MT; 07/16/2013, London, Ont; 07/19/2013, Chicago, IL; 10/15/2013 & 10/16/2013, Worcester, MA; 10/21/2013 & 10/22/2013, Philadelphia, PA; 10/25/2013, Hartford, CT; 11/29/2013, Portland, OR; 11/30/2013, Spokane, WA; 12/04/2013, Vancouver, BC; 12/06/2013, Seattle, WA; 10/03/2014, St. Louis. Yes it is false advertising (and typical assets means you do not own any valuable property). Every school says the same things. Make 200k, own your home, and you get little to no financial breaks unless the school really wants the student. It is very well calculated. The schools know just how far to give aid and demand contribution from parents. And the Pell Grant is a joke. It will not even pay for a laptop. I've been through this. I have even found that schools accept students based on the average income in the school district. Make no mistake, if you attend an Ivy League school, which do not typically grant scholarships, you are looking at a big bill.0

If any protesters have any hint of ties to Hamas the courts will rule them deportable and then it’s completely up to Rubio whether they are gone.
they protested Biden, good luck with trump.
Of the people that live there.”You continually espouse half truths and demand I answer your absurd question?
in 1967, Israel did terrible things to a handful of nations. Why, those were the countries attacking them.
last year it was two. Why? Those were the two nations attacking them.
Currently ….one. Why? That’s the one nation refusing a ceasefire, peace deal, or negation, as a result of getting attacking by them
Can you identify the common theme honestly? (Attacking them is the variable). It’s like a “variable genocide” dependent upon who attacks them.
if your false narratives have any hint of truth, why do they not do horrible things to those same nations from 1967?Will there be a honest reply ? Nope. Too much hatred for peace.0 -

Were any of those countries in 1967 Palestine or Palestinians? Talk about absurdity and false narratives. Tell me about Sabra and Shatila in Lebanon in 1982.
You might want to revisit who attacked who in 1967 and the reason for it. Always playing the victim while bragging about your strength tracks with authoritarians. Not surprised.
When will Israel stop being a victim? What year or decade. Or is it a key facet of their national identity now and can never be overcome?
What tangible benefit(s) does the US receive for its $4B+ annual contribution of US tax payer dollars? I don’t expect you to answer.

Guess they should all be deported, eh?JerusalemCNN —
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faced fury from protesters outside Israel’s parliament, the Knesset, in Jerusalem, a day after he resumed the war in Gaza, shattering the two-month-old ceasefire with Hamas.
On Highway 1 – the main road connecting Tel Aviv to Jerusalem – some protesters held a banner reading: “The future of the coalition or the future of Israel.”
The banner alludes to how, over nearly 18 months of war and fragile ceasefires, Netanyahu has been accused of prioritizing the solidity of his governing coalition over the security of his country, as well as the lives of Israeli hostages and Palestinians in Gaza.
Those accusations have been made with fresh anger after Israel bombarded Gaza overnight into Tuesday and killed more than 400 people, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry, in one of the war’s deadliest days.
For Netanyahu, the resumption of war has helped shore up his shaky coalition amid his ongoing corruption trial and ahead of a key vote on Israel’s budget. But for many Israelis, the renewed fighting has stirred feelings of despair – and rage with the government. And for Palestinians, it means the end of the respite that lasted just two months.

hamas is a terrorist organization. If any protesters have any hint of ties to Hamas the courts will rule them deportable and then it’s completely up to Rubio whether they are gone.
they protested Biden, good luck with trump.
Nope. Too much hatred for peace.
I don’t expect you to answer.in 1967 West Bank was Jordan, nice job! Israel should designate the applicable areas in accordance with the signed West Bank treaties back to Jordanian control, who should be trusted to follow the treaties governing the area.
But the hatred in these comments do not allow for peace treaties to be followed or negotiations to occur.0 -

His protest got him kicked off campus, detained, arrested, immigration status in question, and likely lost him his masters degree. I do not call that a smart move to make your point.
Oh so liberal…
Now what? Are you just looking to look good or solve a serious problem?

the so-called "hatred" on a rock band's message board is what's stopping peace in the region? I'd say it has more to do with terrorist governments on both sides, but that's just me. That aid includes missile defense saving the lives of women and children on both sides of the war.

and for those who refuse the integrity of a direct quote, the constant hatred on this specific topic, yet almost complete editorial silence on many horrors against those of that faith elsewhere is astounding. The problem is the hatred amongst humanity, shining brightly here on this topic, mirroring real life. Those who post here wanting peace get attacked because they do not openly want to punish Israel.
is Syria looking for a peace deal? China? Yet not a word about elsewhere.0
