The post above seems misleading, to me, as outbreaks in Texas was at the beginning of the question and RFK Jr's answer, around 45 seconds in duration, was in response to the question of outbreaks and that they are not usual, "We have measles breakouts all the time."

The below doesn't seem like an accurate take of the exchange, but maybe some people would disagree:

We have measles outbreaks all the time," that I have an issue with. That's a massive chunk with only an 1:03 exchange.
