    It's not necessary to disassemble Dodd Frank to neuter the Bureau.  Vought will be driving both exam and enforcement.  So no exams, the no enforcement.  You don't need to repeal the law to eliminate its effectiveness.

    The politicization of the FAA continues with reality TV star Sean Duffy now threatening professional pilots with certificate action.

    The Pilot in Command is responsible for the safety of the flight. Not ATC. The PIC has the authority to deviate from ATC instructions in the name of safety. The blanket threat of certificate action WILL make pilots question their instincts in the moment where critical decisions must be made.
