    $11,000 if they were hosting foreign nationals would be a drop in the bucket compared to all other costs of the event.

    Yeah, and democrats are involved in the waste as well. It's the process they're using (axe everything) and questionable authority of the person (Musk) with the access to make the decision. The focus here by dems needs to be that there should be further assessment of waste because this shows that there is, instead of by who to make a point. Quit making everything about Trump and focus on the process and legality of how it's being done. Tell people what should be happening in comparison to the shit show right now which is inefficient, wasteful in itself and more harmful than good.
    It's a hopeless situation...

    Ditto.  That’s why it’s called bureaucratic red tape.  Both parties waste money, but the way this administration is going about examining the waste is wrong - while the poorest people and children who rely on foreign aid from our country are the ones suffering the most. In
    fact, this isn’t only costing money, but it’s costing lives.
