Rereleased in the theater, a classic.
Great movie. No worried about not watching it in tye cinema with all the digital alterations and addons.

Would it be shown on an original theatrical print though 🤤

This one is so much better than the two remakes imo.

I like the Tony Scott remake because Tony Scott and Denzel. But the original has the NYC GRIT

Exactly! The New York grit is what absolutely makes this movie - you're spot on (Ignoring the small handful of surprisingly casual moments of racism in it). The Denzel one is not bad, but this one has so much more realism.
Also, I think Travolta was great in Pulp Fiction bit him showing up as the crazy villain in all the films following in the wake of that was boring. I give him Face off. But other than that I imagine there would be better and less hokey options for the villain. Pelham incuded.

A good, and important, story got lost in the "art". What a shame.

Good, the less you know going into it, the better.  I knew nothing but it got a good score from critics and fans.  Going in blind is the best way to see a movie.

Fun ride. Too much gore for my wife to handle at the end, but she was able to appreciate most of the movie, including the final scene.

Never seen Rango. Loved it! Great nods to many a classic movie (man with no name trilogy, Chinatown, The Road Warrior, and even Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas).

Thelma was a rewatch with my wife and daughter. LOVE this movie. Squibb and Roundtree are just wonderful. Really nails that perspective of getting older and how everything is changing around you even though you feel like you aren’t. So good. And it really nails the action movie tropes without really being an action movie.

I watched Tombstone last night, then couldn't fall asleep afterwards. I watched Training Day, then fell asleep on the couch for a whole 4 hours of sleep before I had to get up for work.
