I wish i wasnt afraid to go into a place without tickets. i know inventory will be there in early may. I just dont have that in me
This generally me as well. But after watching tickets appear in lots weeks leading up to show. I’m going to take a chance on F2F. My hotel is booked and refundable. So definitely lots of time. But it nice having the security of tickets in hand, completely understand. Well hope my theory will hold up

Kennywood 2025 calendar not posted yet, but likely to be open on the weekend.  Haven't been since 1997, when there was the Pitt Fall and Steel Phantom.   Sad the Pirates aren't in town...

Is Kennywood worth it? Gotta figure out something to do Saturday. Pirates are back in town on Monday, I'm sticking around for that, checking PNC off my list. Would have preferred a day game, but oh well.

Jackrabbit, Racer, and Thunderbolt are timeless old-school wooden coasters.   Phantom's Revenge has a longer second drop than 1st owing to great use of the terrain.  Steel Curtain, reopening in '25, has 9 inversions.  Sky Rocket is a lower-level launch coaster.   I can think of worse ways to spend a day.  May even go Sunday if the weather is bad Saturday...

Also, could you imagine the show opening up and everyone waving PJ Terrible Towels hahaah epic.

Doing the 2 Pittsburgh show. Shows #14 & #15. Scored GA for 5/18 through the lottery. Pretty excited about that !!. First time in the "pit" for PJ. Did the TM queue this morning. Was 11,000 in line when it started at 10am EST. Got uppers ( 234 ). Hey, but at least I'm in the building. F2F later when that is available. Will be in The Burgh 5/15 - 5/20. Staying right next to the venue. 2 PJ shows and Pirates / Reds on the 19th. Should be a good adventure !.

Just dawned on me as I was listening to the 2013 show here. Last time they played Pittsburgh was the opening show of their Lightening Bolt tour, and they will be finishing (at least for now) this leg of the Dark Matter tour. So anticipating two stellar shows

For my fellow Yinzers... what city themed merch are you hoping is made?

I'd like a trucker hat w/ 70's style Pirates logo
A Pearl Jam themed Terrible Towel
A Pearl Jam themed Kennywood sign
A poster w a Mr Rogers style character sharing PJ music...?
Todd Slater poster of a penguin

Will be just past the 25th anniversary of my first time in Pittsburgh, attending the 5OT Keith Primeau playoff game on 5/4-5/2000 at The Igloo. I'll have to don black & orange for the occasion. Oh get over it Pens fans - plenty of glory for your "lucky" franchise since then.

Stayed up way too late for that one. Especially ending the way it did…. But, welcome back, and yes we’ve had plenty of “good times” since then. I’ve enjoyed a few PJ shows out in Philly, always a good time. Enjoy it!

At one time HTI was the most opened song for the shows I saw.

But it's been a long time since I've seen them open with HTI. It might be 2008 too.

Hey everyone!!!  looking for some information regarding traffic around the arena in Pittsburgh.  Problem is, we haven't seen PJ since 2014 in Cincy and it's been since 2010 they have been in Columbus.  Were thinking of driving over from Columbus, however, we won't be able to leave until 4ish.  What is traffic and parking around the arena around that time?  We really want to see them since it's been so long but don't want to deal with the headache of making it there on time.  Any information anyone has will be greatly appreciated!!!!
Iam from Columbus OH as well.
I feel like i remember a parking garage not far from venue. As i parked there in 2013
    For the PJ show.
We went too 2014 Cincinnati show as well as 2010 Columbus and Cleveland.
