Please just get it through that melon of yours that "nobody" can mean a few and not literally nobody.
I ask our lord, Satan, buddha, Pikachu to help guide this man to the kool-aid so he can get along with others and have common understanding of slang. Imma guess you don't have friends that fish either. Just a hunch.
I learned something today, some people’s slang includes “20% means ‘nobody’, yo.”
I have two friends who fish, one caught 100 fish and the other caught 20 fish but the guy who caught 20 despite hooking 100 didn’t catch any fish and is nobody. And the other guy caught 100 out of 100 hooked and is somebody.

I think it depends on whether or not you're high risk. For most people, October-November is the best time to get the flu shot; if you have other issues that put you at risk, and it sounds like you do, then getting it asap is recommended. As always, I'm not a doctor; I live with someone who has a sh!t-ton of pandemic/flu management experience.

I have a compromised immune system but also had a terrible reaction to the last vaccine- as in, three days of hell. So now it's booster season again and I have to choose risking getting covid (no vaccine) or likely having another three days of hell (get vaccine).Somebody please just take me out to pasture and shoot me!"It's a sad and beautiful world"-Roberto Benigni0

I always get the flu shot, so might as well get the booster while I'm there. But I'm always concerned about getting it too early, and it wearing off if there is a late season flu.mickeyrat said:done. latest available. stuck with pfizer. have received every booster.have addressable co-morbidities which are being worked on.drive a truck. random pit stops at truck stops/rest areas . brief exposure to co-workers from multiple states.tested positive once in 21(?), incredibly mild case where as others in the house were far worse on j&j vax.flu shot at same time, different arm. same soreness in each. headache as a side e$ect.
doc suggested to me as soon as available.....
I think it depends on whether or not you're high risk. For most people, October-November is the best time to get the flu shot; if you have other issues that put you at risk, and it sounds like you do, then getting it asap is recommended. My husband was told that if you're not diabetic, it costs something like $1200/month.

well, it's not even a weight loss drug. but it's being prescribed as such. it's for type 2 diabetes.
thyroid disease
cancer
intestinal obstruction
Look, my brother is high up in a pharmaceutical company, QA specifically, and deals with the FDA all the time. Let's just say not all FDA decisions are made in accordance with what the research says.Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0 -
ARe you saying the incidences of these are significant, or is it like any other med that has side effects for a small %. Again, medicine is a tradeoff. Is someone like Mick at a greater risk of a heart attack or type II due to his weight, or a greater risk for those three issues if he uses the drug, loses the weight? Which is a more likely outcome for him? Those are the questions people need to ask themselves, not whether there are side effects.HughFreakingDillon said:well, it's not even a weight loss drug. but it's being prescribed as such. it's for type 2 diabetes.
