    Yes. It is all a game to deceive the public.  Both sides do it. They change how inflation is calculated, They change the definition of recession. We are lied to every single day by our government. Like I said, both parties. The media will challenge when the Republicans do it, stay silent when the Dems do it. We are screwed...until we stop accepting the lies and corruption, by both sides.

    No, it’s not about deception. The BLS makes a prediction and then later reviews the numbers with data further down the line. It gets adjusted downward or upward. Not everything is about being victimized. 

    And the definition of recession didn’t change and there’s plenty of fact checking happening with the dnc in mainstream news outlets.

    I read this the other day and found it despicable. You don't hear a lot about it though. If the GOP had clear messaging maybe they could be hammering dems about suppressing voter rights, but they have their own reasons too. Benefits them both.
    It's a hopeless situation...
