Not being able to checkout has been killing me. After I cart, I'll go to checkout but then get that spinning wheel and then it says to select some different tickets. Are you saying to just keep trying to check out on the tickets in your cart despite what it says?EH14457 said:0 -
Thanks but it’s 3 hr drive each way and I work at 8 the next morn so if I can’t get a primo seat I’m skipping this one and just hitting Thurs.LS164963 said:0 -

- Use mobile. Tickets appear on mobile earlier than they do on desktop.
- Use map view. Seat availability updates dynamically while viewing the map. List view needs a filter update to refresh.
- Just because any of the following happens doesn't mean that the tickets are actually unavailable:
- TM won't even let you start the checkout process because it says the tickets are no longer available and to pick others.
- U504, U521, U533 or any other error which occurs while attempting to complete checkout.
Basically, if the seats are good enough that you know you want them, your best bet is to try buying them literally for as long as they are in the list or on the map. Can't start checkout? Refresh your page, add them again, and try to check out. Can't complete checkout? Refresh your page, add them again, and try to check out. I'm at the point where TM is inconsistent enough that if I definitely want the seats I don't give up until I am literally unable to select them anymore.10/7/96 (FL), 9/22/98 (FL), 9/23/98 (FL), 8/9/00 (FL), 8/10/00 (FL), 8/12/00 (FL), 4/11/03 (FL), 4/12/03 (FL), 4/13/03 (FL), 7/8/03 (NY), 7/9/03 (NY), 7/12/03 (PA), 7/14/03 (NJ), 10/8/04 (FL), 8/5/07 (IL), 11/27/12 (FL), 12/6/13 (WA), 4/8/16 (FL), 4/9/16 (FL), 4/11/16 (FL), 8/5/16 (MA), 8/22/16 (IL), 8/8/18 (WA), 8/10/18 (WA), 9/25/21 (CA), 9/26/21 (CA), 5/3/22 (CA), 5/12/22 (CA), 5/13/22 (CA), 9/18/23 (TX), 9/19/23 (TX), 10/23/23 (WA), 10/24/23 (WA), 5/28/24 (WA), 5/30/24 (WA), 4/24/25 (FL), 4/26/25 (FL), 4/29/25 (GA), 5/1/25 (GA)

Fantastic advice, thank you! Been a while since I tangled with F2F like this and had so many great tickets slip through the past couple days because of TM's checkout BS. All help is appreciated. 🫡EH14457 said:

I have found the opposite. If it doesn’t go through on the first try it’s futile to continue. 99% of the time they actually are unavailable. There's an occasional glitch. But if the tickets are good enough, it could be worth continuing to tryRatherStarved said:I have found the opposite. I’ve scored twice after an error, vs. probably a dozen or so attempts where I couldn’t start or finish checkout and then never ended up being successful. So not the best odds but not terrible either.SHZA said:

Yeah I got great seats for Philly 2 after about 15 minutes of unsuccessful attempts for the same tickets. It's definitely worth trying until they disappear.EH14457 said:

They’re still $500 each. I’d guess that if they don’t sell the price will drop tomorrow.Hurls15 said:Seattle standard ticket drops for both nights Section 13 have been happening. It's been glitchy for me all day, but I was able to grab a single on row X about an hour ago.ekwipt said:
