With Premium tickets priced just a tad above original face value, we are in the “list them now or eat them” phase if you have spare or unused tickets for Wrigley. This is your warning lol.
TM slashing premium tickets this early makes me think they have even more stashed away to release. Feeling confident about getting last minute tickets to all shows this fall.

They absolutely do, how else would half a section or full rows be released out of thin air periodically. It's disgusting. They really couldn't have gotten an extra 1,000 10C tickets per venue?

For a typical arena show I’d say the cut off to list and comfortably expect a sale for decent tickets would be the 2 week out mark.
For the ballpark shows I’d push it to 4 weeks out.

From what they have told us they needed to charge a higher face value
So everyone's saying they should have just "sold another 1000 fan club tickets," that would have meant higher face values
It really sounds like they held back premium ticket inventory in the spring in early summer because of the problematic European ticket sales, as there was nothing available for this leg for weeks and weeks and weeks, and now there are tickets everywhere including Philadelphia N2 for a decent price.
In this era with variable ticket pricing, I'm guessing that artists share in a certain percentage of revenue over a base amount. Either case, someone is going to take a loss or earn less than expected this tour

The goal is to maximize revenue. In theory they could do that at higher prices even if there are some empty seats. Of course then they miss out on the extras like merch and food/drink.

Yes but they sell out east coast shows quicker than it took you to make that nice comment. Yes, Fans near the stage should pay alot more than those near the flags and banners, but that goes against their philosophy that seating should be dictated based on decisions we made 30+ years ago. That’s starting to cost them money. It seems the huge euro ticket inventory delayed all of the recent US ticket drops.
Meanwhile MSG $520 and Philly N2 $287s are long gone. That’s like a bargain to many east fans. Those of us in the east are stuck with this as our only option unless we win a low % lottery, because they repeatedly refuse to maximize their revenue by never playing enough shows that align with their fanbase here.
If after this year, they are still wanting more Vegas or Europe shows, someone with an economics background needs to sit down with them and show them their stats from this years touring.

Posted about this a week ago. Where did all the side sections in the 100s go? Are they gonna dump them all at $400?

No doubt about it. I feel like this tour more than any historically there are so many of us without tickets in close proximity to the start. Frustrating.
MSG dropped a bunch of tickets a day or 2 before the show in 2022, the pricing and available seats were changing minute by minute. A lot of the tickets were club seats behind the stage.
The LA shows this spring release the entire wing sections within a day or two of each show. Mostly at standard. The MSG sale pattern is reminiscent. Can you imagine…

It's just stupid that MSG is less than 3 weeks away, baltimore less than a month away, and there's not more tickets dropped or prices dropped. People have to plan flights/hotels.
