People who talk non stop at concerts

How do Yondr pouches work? The article below says the phone is w/you at all times. So if you're watching a show and the concert is over, does that mean 10,000 fans get in line after the show to have their pouch unlocked? Serious question, not sure how the process works.

I'm tall. Will usually shift for someone shorter. Dude tapped me on shoulder so he could see. I let him go in front of me. No biggie. Honestly though. If you want a good view, get in early and don't let anyone cut in front of you. If I waited for rail...I'm not moving.
Bothers me when I get a good spot up front and people who took there time just try to weasel their way up front.
Sneaky fan: "Hey my friends up there"...me::"text them to come back by you"
Too stressful. I'm out of that game.0 -

It seems quite a good solution . They had it at the listening event. But you have to carry a clumsy pouch around the whole show .

Its easy to quickly unlock..
It's so great to remove that temptation to check the phone every 2 min to take a picture. We have become slaves to these devices.0 -

Im all for it. And I don't use my phone at shows anyway. But the pouch I got given was 3 times the size of my phone and it didn't fit in my pocket. So that's my real time view of it. I'm all for banning phones completely from gigs
Live in that moment ffs

I hope before I'm too feeble to go to shows I see this happen0 -
I’ve been to some larger (~18,000) stand up comedy and concerts with Yondr pouches and there were no significant delays getting in or out. The events were well staffed and everything was easy. At one event we did see security question someone who was talking into their pouch.0

If someone was talking into my pouch I’d question it too0

Did the pouch talk back? That might be an even bigger issue.0

They used them at a stadium show for Jack White and the unlocking was quick and seamless there too. They had a ton of unlocking stations. I LOVED going to a show where they do this. I wish all artists would do it. The only thing the artists need to be sure to do is release their own media from each show, to make up for the fact that nobody can take pics or vids. Jack White has a professional photographer who releases all their photos right after the show (and they take photos of the crowd too), and they remove all copyrights from the photos so everyone can freely share them. Pretty cool system.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0
