Running Down a Dream without a doubt.
Amazing."The dude abides. I don't know about you, but I take comfort in that. It's good knowin' he's out there. The Dude. Takin' her easy for all us sinners."0 -
I will say DIG for sure is one of the best I have seen. BJM are the bees knees.
I have a Doors Live In Europe 1968 Doc that is cool.
Gimme Shelter- Rolling Stones has to be considered as on of the best too. Captures the end of an era.0 -
Some Kinda Monster....just to see the disfunction in that band...wow
End of the Century...good stuff
Metal....wowAll the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, prince with the swift warning. Be cunning and full of tricks and your people shall never be destroyed.0 -
The Last Waltz is the greatest
Runnin' Down a Dream
No Direction Home
Shine a Light....I enjoy the hell out of this one
I wouldn't say it is one of the greatest out there, but Bad Relgion's Live at the Palladium, which in the performance/interview style of Waltz and Shine a Light, is one of my favoritesAll I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow
They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all0 -
Brand new and fresh off the press, this is one of the finest music documentaries ever! The band had a lesser documentary in the 80's that was marginal at best. This new one is an amazing and different beast all together. Just amazing! Seriously, if you get a chance, check it out! (I'm pretty sure you can stream this somewhere or just get the DVD- I went with the package.)

I'm missing something or I'm really tired. What's the name of the documentary? No it's me. I'm eternally tired these days and not always as clear as I'd like to be when I write, lol. Sorry! The new Dream Syndicate documentary is called "How Did We Find Ourselves Here". You can stream it, or get it on DVD with the soundtrack, Live Through the Past Darkly, on CD or vinyl. I went with the vinyl set. The documentary is first-rate and the soundtrack is excellent. This is what I have:

Started a thread about it a couple weeks ago... the Netflix doc "The Greatest Night in Pop" about the making of We Are the World was fantastic. I recommend it to anyone old enough to remember when the song was released.
