TicketMaster F2F Question

Say I have a friend with tickets to Philly N2. If he cannot use them and wants to sell them at face value to me, will we be able to do that via F2F? Specifically, if someone is selling via F2F, can the seller designate who the buyer is or do the tickets just go up for sale to whoever grabs them first?
