I'm digging that they've gone away from a standard closing song. They just need to keep switching up set 1 closers and we're golden.
They closed with Prince in MN and Cheap Trick in IL. It would be cool if they closed with a cover from a band in the state they are in for each show.

Probably safe to bank on Daughter, Small Town, GTF, DTE, Black, Porch, and YL for Thursday.
I don't know, I think only a few of those show up. Porch and Small Town for sure. Probably GTF since it's due again.
Yeah, who knows. Replacing so many of the regulars definitely makes tonight’s set stand out.

Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.

Has riot act Album been played live I can't remember
The whole album front to back? No.
That's what I thought. I see that coming on this tour
They will never play "Bu$hleaguer" again. It hasn't seen the light of day since 2007, when George W. Bush was still president. It would sound so out of place at a live show in 2023.
I hear it every now and then on PJ Radio
I'm not saying they've disavowed the song. But they haven't performed it live since 2007, for obvious reasons.
Actually it's a cool song the rhythm of it.
One of my favorite. plus they don't actually say Bushleaguer in the lyrics.
I like the rhythm, too, but the lyrics of the verses are among the worst he's ever written, and not because of the political message. I agree with the sentiment, but it's just delivered in such a ham-handed way.
Are you kidding? That song has some of the best lyrics he had written.
I have no patience for bad music and stupid people...

The whole world will be different soon the whole world will be RELIEVED

Don't have a whole lot besides wow.

END OF REVEIW. wow.  Better then anything
else the last couple years. MSG, Camden, St. Louis don't hold anything on this one. MSG is close but not this fun.

This one wins on pure joy. First great show of the 2020 plus era

Gig was no joke. Haven’t had a seat for years but it mattered none.
TYAAM & Light Years were gorgeous. RVM vocals were properly shredded. My wife’s first gig since we had our son last month and she was so, so happy. Until the hormones kicked in before Alive.
And Then It Was Time To Leave

Great show, they all played and sounded great.  Crowd was a bit offf today, even on tried and trues like betterman.  Felt like they were not that loud. Maybe it was where I was sitting, but crowd was pretty lame during retrograde

Ed.was in a superb mood, maybe the best mood I have ever seen him in in all my years. He seems.to have different perspective on life in general.

Some crazy new light rigs that were looking great all night, some were a tad too bright.  No balls hanging around.  Yhe lights were moving all over the place today, added some really cool ambience.

My pals first show, he loved it, had a 3 song wishlist, got ALL 3,  relase, low light and Inside job, damn good intro to PJ.
