After this debacle Ticketmaster should be pressured to give up their "premium" seats and put them back in the mix for the reissued seat assignments.
The band won't want that because that's where they are making their nut on seats with the prices being capped for all other seats. I feel like one of the emails suggested that to a certain extent.

Something like...We are doing the premium seating to offset the cost of the price capped seats everywhere else.
Yes, but Premium seats shouldn't be better than 10C seats. Really gives me no reason to stay in the fan club. The primary reason I'm in 10C is to get good seats. But we still keep getting pushed around by TicketMaster. Give me a seat that actually faces the stage, not center ice.
I've had my membership uninterrupted for 20 years now. Over that time, I've gone to about 20 shows. My seats have honestly never gotten better in that span. In fact, they seem to have gotten slightly worse over time. You can't tell me that some significant portion of the fanbase with better numbers than me hasn't let theirs drop in that time.

I get that they do smaller tours now and that means more might be choosing to go to a show and therefore having an effect on seating, but this was happening even when they had bigger tours.

Not a complaint, but more of an observation.
I've had the same observation.  Seats seem to keep getting farther away.

Whatever the reason, 10C needs to be more transparent about the ticketing process.
    • How many tickets were they allocated?
    • Where are the seats located?
    • How many people are in the lottery?

We should be entitled to this information in order to better decide how we want to buy tickets. Especially since tickets are non-transferrable.

My 10c seats for Camden in 2008 were in the 100 section, about 6 rows from the back. 14 years later, many people have let their numbers lapse, so logically, my 308### should put me closer. Thanks to TM premium seats, I ended up in the 200 section. While I am extremely grateful that I had 10c tix, it makes me sick that there were Premium seats available in the same row as mine, with a "face" value of $800.

    TM is the devil.

I’m curious as to how this worked. My wife put in Chicago any seat/ga as her first and second priority only.  As she’s not successful thus far how would anyone with Chicago as their second priority win Tix over her?

Now I see my two MN shows say unfulfilled so I’m guessing no go in those.

I said yesterday it didn't make any sense they were already giving out seal locations and based on what other members were getting . Knew there had to be a screw up. Didn't think they'd actually change it though.

Premium is pushing people back further than before. More seats allocated is as well since more people are winning RES which is raising the chances that more people with better numbers than you are winning too.

Yesterday, lottery results started rolling out around 10:30 am Eastern.  Wonder if that'll be the same case today with the reassignments.

Somebody else said it before me, but the only way to truly fix this, is to pull from the PJ Premium inventory.

I'll even go one step further: every single ten club member who submitted a lottery request should get the amount of tickets (single, or pair) they requested for their shows. No denials.

Sure, go ahead and do seating based on seniority. But there is no good reason for there to be good seats selling for $1,000+, with 10c members being shut out.

The band has made enough money where they can charge 150-160 a ticket, still be rich & philanthropic, and pay their full time employees.

This would be a fair compromise.

I've not recieved any communication whatsoever. Well, I did recieved a confirmation email that I signed up. But crickets since. No email confirmation for tickets recieved. No confirmation that I struck out completely. No email about any reallocation of tickets. No email telling me to "GFY"

For those that say priority doesn't matter or does not work how we say it does explain again how all GA have been first priority.

Also explain how no one has won Indy past the first priority.

Two very limited ticket types did not make it to second picks. Geez I wonder how that is possible?

I’m just guessing here, but looks like they did the lottery correctly (i.e., took priority into account as in past lotteries) with respect to the GA draw, but then something got messed up with respect to the reserved draw.

Seat reassignments? It sounds like just for reserved seats tho right? I'm not losing GA?

If they start taking away GA tickets, they'll have a riot on their hands.

My thoughts:  The service is not up to par with the prices, especially TM service fees.

My email said reserved seat so I'm thinking it's just for that one. As we know (by the 100 repeated comments) GA is not based on seniority so I'm assuming that's not it.
