    I think the reason for the delay is due to TM/PJ working out the logistics to surprise us all with VIP backstage passes with our tickets.. yeah, that's definitely the reason!

    I realize it’s a different set of expectations, but after the DMB Warehouse debacle at the beginning of the year I’m still amazed by the fact that we are in a position to get confirmations two days after the request period closes.

    First year ever that I didn't put in any requests, but DMB was also using a "new" system, I assume the same TM/TicketsToday system without the TM user interface PJ just used.  Tons of people were hard-charged, not just temp charged, and then didn't get the tickets they were confirmed for, or didn't get tickets at all, and had to be credited back.  There was a delay.
