    OK, so back in the mix for a CB in the draft, possibly. Yeah I gotta think they like CJGJ enough to have this space open up to make a decent push. Starting to think it's more likely now since I would've thought he'd have gotten scooped up by this point.

    Kinda confused by this Slay news. But if this is the case and CJGJ still hasn't signed I'd be floored to know they're pretty much bringing every important piece back to he defense not named Hargrave. Coming around on the idea of just staying out at 10 and taking a CB tho since I think Slay is basically a one-year rental.

    Surreal sorta after all the drama from 7, 8 years ago.

    Love the move, not only because I'm a homer-ass fanboy, but 1 year deal to significantly insure the QB position? Sign me up.

    I don't think he was ever worth the trade-up that Chip wanted to do, but I think he's a decent QB that has had shitty situations.

    At the same time I also pray that we won't need him for anything more than finishing out the season, once the 1 seed is locked up  =)

    Nah he's cool on there. The SNL was really good too. He did a sketch as a perv eating alone at an American Girl restaurant - hilarious. Only thing is the offseason pods have been like 2 hours - it's a lot.

    The only time my "Travis is a douche" comes out when he plays football against the Philadelphia Eagles, especially when he scores against them in the Super Bowl. Otherwise, he and Jason are great on the pod. It's a solid pod. +1 on the SNL oppo. The American Girl Cafe skit was the chef's kiss.

    You really gotta watch the episode right after the Super Bowl. Fantastic stuff.

    FWIW the interview with Howie is just Jason and Howie.

    Wowwwwww - I'd say his cap hit isn't even that bad until, at the very very most, in 2026:



    And even that could be considered low by the time we get there, at the rate the cap - and QBs are getting paid - keeps going up.
