We have a couple venues rumoured so far

Both are sheds/amphitheatres. If true it will be interesting to see if the whole tour is set up that way.
I initially started the thread with the 2016 tour as inspiration, but I'm getting serious 2008 vibes lately.

Short run of a dozen or so shows, mostly Ampitheatres, a handful of arenas, before/after of Eddie & the Earthlings (as opposed to Ed solo), and Ohana to round it all out.

Could be wrong, but would love to be right!
    PJ - 09/23/98: West Palm Beach II, 08/12/00: Tampa, 04/12/03: Orlando, 04/13/03: Tampa, 06/12/08: Tampa, 06/27/08: Hartford, 09/22/09: Seattle II, 04/11/16: Tampa, 05/01 & 05/02/16: MSG I & II, 09/18/21: Sea Hear Now, 10/01 & 10/02/21: Ohana Encore I & II, 05/06 & 05/07/22: Los Angeles I & II, 09/11/22: MSG, 09/16/22: Nashville, 09/02/23: St. Paul II, 09/07/23: Chicago II, 09/18 & 09/19/23: Austin I & II

    EV - 08/04 & 08/05/08: (Eddie solo, w/Liam Finn) NYC I & II, 11/27 & 11/28/12: (Eddie solo, w/Glen Hansard) Orlando I & II, 02/09 & 02/10/22: (Eddie & the Earthlings) Chicago I & II, 09/30/23: (Eddie & the Earthlings) Ohana Festival

Song Wishlist: Oceans, Brother, Alone, Let Me Sleep, full W.M.A., Hold On, all of Vitalogy or Satan's Bed, Gremmie Out Of Control, Mankind, Around The Bend (full band), Don't Gimme No Lip, Pilate, Push Me Pull Me, All Those Yesterdays, Rival, Parting Ways (full band), You Are, Bu$hleaguer, Inside Job, low octave Driftin', Strangest Tribe, Other Side, Undone, Of The Earth, Love Reign O'er Me, Comfortably Numb, and the Mamasan Trilogy.

I would love you to be right about Ohana. I really want to take my wife if PJ plays. She missed out on the 21 Encore weekend.

Most of those amphitheater’s have seating up front how would that work for GA? Jones beach doesn’t have a GA section that I can recall to actually remove seats?
I don't think there necessarily needs to be GA. There was no GA at any of the Fenway shows.

Total guess but I think its almost a coin flip between Northerly and Alpine. The rumours are Northerly but Alpine makes more sense to me.

    From that 2008 email.

"We will stagger ticket sales to control web traffic, so please pay attention to the corresponding pre-sale dates and times."

Just imagine if TM/Taylor/Everybody had that figured out in 2022/2023.

    Things would be VASTLY different.

Either the industry doesn't study its own history, or the game is rigged against fair prices.

    Or both.

Almost all of those venues remove their front seats for most shows.
2000 there was no GA for those shows @Jones Beach but these day I’m not sure

The revelation from FaceMeltor about starting in Minny is interesting. If that's the case I doubt that they would still move east to west. This is the 2006 tour - flip it and start from St. Paul and that could be the bones of it especially if it is a short leg?

    2013: London
    2016: Ottawa
    2018: Wrigley 1 & 2
    2022: Ottawa, Hamilton, Toronto
    2023: Innings Fest (EV), Ft Worth 1 & 2, Austin 1 & 2

Nothing is happening. They just played in September. You should know what that means. No shows for awhile. Ohana is an Ed event.  Id be surprised if the full band plays any shows this year. Facts. That said I would love to be wrong.

Don't need to. I started the thread & made the title.

So, since we're speculating, you may be onto something. But no need to bash people on this forum.

There are a few bad apples, but I just ignore them. Everyone else is pretty fair. Don't be like the former.

Clarification: the Sun originally ran the story, Daily Mail sourced them (which is notable, but not uncommon)

Since Atom Willard is in the mix to be behind the kit for FF (and you can't count out other guest appearances), I'm still moving ahead with gaming out possible dates for Sept. Because, why not  ;)

Since Atom Willard is in the mix to be behind the kit for FF (and you can't count out other guest appearances), I'm still moving ahead with gaming out possible dates for Sept. Because, why not  ;)
If Matt does play with Foo Fighters let's hope he gets to play some Pearl Jam shows this Fall, especially in New England. Crossing fingers for a Maine show. And an Atlantic Canada Tour.

It's the Daily Mail. They legit pull shit from out of thin air.

So what you're saying is PJ will go on tour AND play I Got Shit and Thin Air at every show.

    Nice!

A little Ed here, a little PJ there. Rinse & repeat. So, here are the open dates for Pearl Jam AND the Earthlings, if that's the route they go with.
    • PJ: Mon. May 2nd - Thu. May 21st is possible
    • Earthlings: Sat. May 27th - Thu. June 15th is possible
*PJ: most likely on break  June/July, unless they book a festival, or a ballpark
    • Earthlings: Tue. July 25th - Sun. Aug. 6th is possible (Glen & Markéta's tour starts on 08/08/23 at the Ryman)
    • PJ: Tue. Aug. 8th - rest of the year is possible
    • Swell Season (Glen & Markéta): Tue. Aug. 8th - Sun. Aug. 27th (confirmed)
    • Earthlings: Tue. Aug 29th - rest of the year is possible (including Ohana in September)
    Data!
    New data!

So, April is definitely out. I was gonna give a May run 'til Tuesday 03/21 for any announcement, but the "Matt drumming for some Foo Fighters shows" rumor has almost completely killed that off. With that in mind, here's two sets of data to determine what's open & available for some potential tour dates.
One for PJ, and one after for Ed & the Earthlings.

    Pearl Jam
    • 04/15 - Wollongong (Josh K.) for Jane's Addiction
    • 04/16 - Bribie Island (Josh K.) for Jane's Addiction
    • 04/18 - Sydney (Josh K.) for Jane's Addiction
    • 04/19 - Newcastle (Josh K.) for Jane's Addiction

    • 04/29 - Penrith (Josh K.) for Jane's Addiction
    • 04/30 - Gold Coast (Josh K.) for Jane's Addiction
        - - - - MAY 2nd - May 21st is available for Pearl Jam, USA - - - -

    • 07/15 - Milwaukee, WI (Matt C.) for Foo Fighters?*
    • 07/29 - Fuji Rock, Naeba, Japan (Matt C.) for Foo Fighters?*
    • 08/11 or 08/12 - Outside Lands, San Francisco, CA (Matt C.) for Foo Fighters?*
    * = not confirmed. Could also be Atom Willard, or drummer TBA...

        - - - - AUG 1st (or AUG 15th if Matt plays Outside Lands) - rest of 2023 is available for Pearl Jam in North America - - - -
If Matt is in the mix, I don't see him drumming on 09/03 - Aspen, CO, 09/09 - Sao Paolo, Brazil, 09/17 - Asbury Park, or 09/21 - Louisville, KY. Too many rumors have September being slotted for PJ.
