That whole right-wing "we are Christians" thing is so much BS! I don't subscribe to any particular religion myself (although I do have spiritual leanings and an acceptance and appreciation for Mystery as being part of what makes the universe so marvelous), but I grew up in a strongly Christian oriented family with parents who were very active in the Presbyterian Church, so I know for a fact that many of these right-wingers who ramble on about Christianity, religion, and God area about as truly Christian as I am an expert heart surgeon. These people are so full of shit, they don't even know it when their mouths are full of it.
