Just ordered The Who Live at Leeds 3 LP set (half speed master) and Radiohead Kid A Mnesia 3 LP set too. Looking forward to getting a hold of these and giving them a spin!

You are going to LOVE that Who 3 LP Leeds set.  Well done!

A few local Melbourne stores had it so I picked it up online and should arrive early next week. The guys I normally buy from are very reliable and efficient.

Another amazing find.  Intense? Overwhelming?  Powerful?  I'm not sure what the right words are.  All I know is this- the music on this LP will leave you in pieces on the floor and open your head to places you have not been to before.  Astounding.

  • A store in town has Appetite for Destruction with the original robot cover for 25 dollars (used). He is not sure if it's an original or a bootleg. Would you take the plunge on it? If you did not have the album? Is there a way to tell if it is a bootleg or not?

H also has Nirvana Incestiicide and Nirvana MTV Unplugged but those covers are so saturated, and the text looks kind of blurry which I take as a sign of being bootlegs. At the same time, maybe that's how they looked printed back in the day. My MTV Unplugged (repress from 2017) doesn't have that oversaturated look.

this is where discogs is helpful. type the runout info into the search bar. will at least narrow things down. include that you can.

Have you listened to Dirt yet? I got a copy from Walmart, but I haven't had a chance to open it and spin it yet.

Yes. Walmart actually sent me the black version at first by mistake. So I listened to that one first. But they both sound great to me.

  • Is Fleetwood Mac Tusk , a used copy, worth paying 20 dollars for?
