I really think they should be getting a lot more shit for this, since this is quite literally a complete 180 from where they stood 25 years ago. Like I know they've basically taken the stand of, "you need to work from within the system, we're too old to be angry all the time", which, fine, cool, I get that. But that's not this. And add on top of that they're scaling back on the setlists? Grr, where's the manager?
The only thing I can think of is there's tickets being withheld that will be released closer to the show? I dunno.
And I'm gonna assume any of the lawn seats I see on other sites are bogus?0 -

I think it is total bullshit. I went and checked ticketmaster after I saw your fist post. Only thing available is over $1,300. So if they are successful in keeping tickets away from stubhub and scalpers....then why the hell are they charging such a ridiculous amount for those seats? Granted they are up near the stage, but still.
At this point, I literally have no idea how to get my friend's wife a ticket other than to beg on the forums here for someone to give me an extra one.

I cannot fathom how the lawn is sold out for a Wednesday night Pearl Jam show in Camden. I don't believe it really is.
I randomly ended up at a Dave Matthews concert a few weeks ago there, they have done a really good job with the venue..it's been a few years, but was talking to one of the bartenders and they said there was probably close to 30k people for the Backstreet Boys concert the night before and that people were packed to the back of the lawn.
I don't know....have a tough time believing Pearl Jam can pull that type of interest on a random Wednesday night, but then again, if the Backsteet Boys are, maybe so...0 -

I actually put in a ticket request for lawn tickets (got them of course) and my friends laughed at me for doing it. One was like "I thought you put in requests for seats and GA, but that anyone can get lawn tickets." Yeah...I always thought the same thing. I just put in the request because I'd rather the lawn these days.2000: Camden 1, 2003: Philly, State College, Camden 1, MSG 2, Hershey, 2004: Reading, 2005: Philly, 2006: Camden 1, 2, East Rutherford 1, 2007: Lollapalooza, 2008: Camden 1, Washington D.C., MSG 1, 2, 2009: Philly 1, 2, 3, 4, 2010: Bristol, MSG 2, 2011: PJ20 1, 2, 2012: Made In America, 2013: Brooklyn 2, Philly 2, 2014: Denver, 2015: Global Citizen Festival, 2016: Philly 2, Fenway 1, 2018: Fenway 1, 2, 2021: Sea. The Juggler said:I might need an extra lawn seat for Camden. None of you guys would have one available would ya?
It would be for my friend's wife. I got him a ticket but the wife wants to go too. Normally he would've just went to stubhub or some other similar place to get her but there is nothing available. Have I mentioned how much I detest this dumb ticketing system?
I miss Stub Hub too as I saw quite a few shows using them.0 -

And I can see PJ being sold out, what with this being a limited run and covid has made people want to come out from under every rock and see & experience anything imaginable.
And make no mistake about it - these decisions are up to the band. If there was an actual resale exchange I would assume I'd see anyone with tickets that wants to sell them for $190, $200 or whatever they're going for.0 -

How as fucking balls, again, today. Last night we went to the Chinese lantern festival at Franklin Square and sweat there. Pretty damn amazing, not sure if they did it the last few years but it is the first time we've gone since Covid. The love he receives is the love that is saved0 -
