    I thought it was asked if it would be in 2 weeks and he said it wouldn’t be 2 weeks. Which the pessimist in me thinks there could be a chance of it being more than 2 weeks. Hopefully this week though.

    You:  "Hey boss.  There have been some real juicy rumors on the Pearl Jam forums and I think a tour announcement is imminent.  Any chance you can cut me some slack and give me another week to submit my vacation requests?" 
    Boss:  "Sure thing, pal.  I mean, it is Pearl Jam we're talking about after all.  Hell, take two weeks if you need to."
