    I just received this plaintext email from TicketsToday:

    Thank you for your order. We have refunded the following to the credit card used when you placed your order (receipt# 12345678):

    $244.00 Total amount refunded

    Your credit card has been refunded. Please allow up to 48 business hours for the transaction to appear on your account.
    No direct communication about WHY my tickets have been refunded.  WTF tenclub...

    I just received an email from tickets today that my refund has been applied to my card of payment and it should show within 48 hours.  Now to wait and see which credit card it goes back to as I can’t remember.

    Just got the Ticketstoday email.  Unfortunately, the card I used at the time is no longer valid. Ughh, fuckity fuckfuck fuck.

    Pretty sure it will go to your account that the no longer valid CC was tied to.  If that account is closed it will bounce back to them and they will email you finding another way to get the money to you.

    I’m glad I got an email from Ticketmaster about buying Earthling CDs for a discounted price but not an email about a Baltimore refund.

    Cool deal. Yeah, I just emailed them to see if there was anything I needed to do given the situation. I'm not in a hurry for the money or anything, it's just aggravating.

    Just got the email also.. oh well, still have Apollo tickets please don’t cancel that.

    Same.  Broke my heart a little to see it.  Saw them at this same venue in 2013 on the LB tour.  Not a fancy venue at all, but not a bad seat anywhere in the house (my .02).

    I saw….Celine Dion (don’t ask) at this venue. Last concert before the world ended.

    Just got the same email. I followed up with an email about the commemorative tickets as well. 

    EDIT: Just got a response on that:
    "Commemorative tickets will automatically be refunded about 10 business days after the event tickets are refunded."

    So received a tickets today email like others, I’m assuming those are the 10c tix refund.

    I also purchased 4 for friends via Ticketmaster general sale.  Have not heard anything with regard to that refund.  Anyone else do general sale too?

    I also received the email but I have no idea where I was refunded to. I don't remember what card I bought the tickets with, it might have expired by now. How can we find out? There was no info in the email.

    Oh, got a response to my email to Ticketstoday, maybe this helps others?
    "We can confirm that a XX card was used at checkout, however, we cannot give out the numbers associate with that card. This information is available through the bank tied to the card.
    If the credit card used at purchase has expired, the refund will go to the account tied to it. If the account has been closed, we would need to wait for the bounce to get back to us, at which point a member of our team will reach out with more information."

    An email finally came in from TenClub support...nothing new:

    We are disappointed to share that we have had to cancel the previously postponed Baltimore, MD show. The building is closing for upcoming renovations and is unable to reschedule a new date. We cannot announce any new ticketing options at this time but hope to be able to take care of fans impacted by this cancellation in the future.

    You will receive an email when your order is refunded. Once you receive the email, please allow 5 business days for the credit to post to your account.
