Same...Incredible how poorly this was handled. No refund email, but the newsletter says we all got one? Ticketmaster doesn't even pick up the phone. I'm going to fight to get that $244 back and do a really late credit card clawback if I can.Indifference71 said:
Yep. No email. No refund. Nothing. But not surprising at all with how 10c is run these days.JimmyV said:I emailed 10c this morning. My next step is to figure out which card I used two years ago to buy these tickets. Will see if a refund ever shows up. Not that big a deal, I'm betting a refund will come, but it is just one more bit of poor handling in a poorly handled situation.0 -

I wouldn't worry. I think itll show up just fine sometime in the next 30 days. Ticketmaster customer service has been horrible since the pandemic started, but the refund process is pretty automated.chrisdatz said:

Okay so I called my credit card company. I purchased the tickets in January 2020, and wouldn't you know it, that credit card expired the following month and I got a new one. The representative said it won't be an issue though. She said they'll refund to the old card, but it'll still credited to my account. So no issues.....hopefully lol2000: Camden 1, 2003: Philly, State College, Camden 1, MSG 2, Hershey, 2004: Reading, 2005: Philly, 2006: Camden 1, 2, East Rutherford 1, 2007: Lollapalooza, 2008: Camden 1, Washington D.C., MSG 1, 2, 2009: Philly 1, 2, 3, 4, 2010: Bristol, MSG 2, 2011: PJ20 1, 2, 2012: Made In America, 2013: Brooklyn 2, Philly 2, 2014: Denver, 2015: Global Citizen Festival, 2016: Philly 2, Fenway 1, 2018: Fenway 1, 2, 2021: Sea. What also sucks is that all the newer shows are much more expensive. These are cheap compared to prices now.0

It is legit bonkers that the members who won tickets through the lottery didn't get an e-mail from the club, even just saying the same thing as the news release. I would think that could be automated.

Has anyone actually gotten an email with refund information from Ticketmaster??0

A few pages ago someone said they did but their tickets were f2f. I don't think anyone who won 10c's lottery has received anything.rey said:Has anyone actually gotten an email with refund information from Ticketmaster??___________________________________________

Still nothing, which isn't surprising. Before spending time on tracking things down, I think I'm going to sit back for a week or two and see if things catch up. I feel like for some reason that this is a very manual process on the back-end and that's going to take a month for them to process an entire arena's worth of refunds.0

I had sent an email to Ticketstoday (yesteday, ironically) and asked what happens if the credit card used for purchase has expired. I just received the below response. The first part is interesting because it seems to indicate that their systems still show the event as postponed (and not cancelled yet).
Order details indicate this event has been postponed. New date TBD, however if this event is canceled refunds are issues out automatically. at this time the event is still postponed,
We ask for your patience at this time while we wait for our systems to update.
Due to our refund policy, refunds have to be made to the credit card tied to the order, if the card has expired the refund would go to the account tied to it. If the account has been closed, then we would need to wait for the bounce to get back to us, at which point a member of our team will reach out with more information.
Feel free to contact us again should you have any additional questions or concerns. Have a great day.
Thank you,
Louis ZRT337

This refund process is going to be a complete clusterfuck.0

I got the same BS reply from TicketsToday as well, no email...I can't even remember which CC I used and I went back to look at statements online and some only go back 2 years, so 1 month after the charges hit the card in January....

Different situation, but my wife was at an Elton John show in Orlando earlier in his farewell tour. They cancelled the show after it was supposed to have begun. Talk about a stomach punch. Ugh.Ledbetterman10 said:

I have to say I’m dumbfounded the booking agent for the band did not come up with a alternative site and/or band Managment etc didn’t come up with a plan to appease the 10c fans being affected by this. My only hope is they add a Baltimore/ DC area show and make sure all of us that had won 10c Baltimore lottery (that are able to attend) secure tickets. Something needs to and must be done.0 -
Had GA for Raleigh for first time ever and then they cancelled it right before the Hampton show we were at....that was a major bummer. I assume I'll get first dibs for tickets if they ever play Raleigh or Baltimore again, right??? LOL.Ledbetterman10 said:
