    I wonder if I oversold myself (to myself) regarding mental strength. Hit a low point earlier over various issues and while I’m still optimistic…holy shit, I sank low.

    I underestimated this fucker and see now that I’ll have to amp up my kick-the-shit-outta-this-thing activities.

    Jedi, there’s something to be be said for taking some time to acknowledge how awful things hurt and how much things suck. Give your pain room, and be kind and compassionate toward how it’s making you feel.

    I think I’ve learned something here. 

    Rumi is a 13th century Sufi mystic. much of his poetry is really a like prayer. good stuff for sure.
