Viruses / Vaccines

In 2022 most addicts knew the initial risks. If I want to buy my first pack of cigarettes then it's my decision. Same risk applies to not getting a vaccine. Freedom of choice. Of course, it's psychological for most obese (which I honestly feel bad for), but SOME are obese via pure negligence. Again, their health decision. Nobody takes their cookies away or calls them fat idiots on a public forum.mickeyrat said:JB16057 said:AW124797 said:

By far the dumbest analogy I’ve seen lately, congrats. If you didn’t believe eating donuts and cokes makes you fat, then yes, I would call you a fat idiot. Where is your data that 50% of forum users are obese? You state that as a fact with no research? Sounds like you just believe what you want to with only assumptions to credit for those beliefs. Sounds like a fabulous way to go about making medical decisions.AW124797 said:
Why would you say "anti-vax idiots?" It's equivalent to "fat idiots." Over 50% of forum users are obese. Why not tell them to slow down on donut, coke and midnight snack consumption? Or mandate calorie intake restrictions. Same thing. Health choices.PJPOWER said:
Exactly. But it’s probably a pointless topic since most anti-vax idiots are probably too selfish and inconsiderate to consider life insurance anyway. That, and I think some of them truly believe they are invincible. I can’t keep up with their delusions anymore.Zod said:PJPOWER said:

If not 100%, it’s not effective? That’s just dumb. Drunk driving laws? Not effective, get rid of them. And hey! Go out and drunk drive everyone because, well, we can’t stop it 100% anyway. And age limits for guns? Why? You’re not stopping kids from killing others, right? What’s the point? And child proof caps on cleaning chemicals and medicine. Just a pain in the ass. Get rid of them. Lighters? Those Bic lighters where you’ve got to press two buttons simultaneously while you flick to get it to light? Dumb! Go back to the old school lighters. Airbags? No good, either.
Is everyone who is eligible to be vaccinated, vaccinated?
Probably? If something makes the odds too high of having to pay out, the insurance companies won't want to insure it. There whole model works on everyone chipping into a pot, but only so many people need to take from the pot. If unvaxxed people have too great a chance of landing in the hospital, it would tip those scales. How is that the dumbest analogy? Did you know that much like the vaccine, there are plenty of studies that show that being overweight isn't healthy for you? Obesity has been on of COVID's biggest issues. Many of the people that have died are obese. It isn't hard to exercise yet people still don't do it. Funny how all of the anti-vax shamers don't go after the obese in the same way. If more people lived a healthier life, many lives could've been saved during this pandemic. Are obese people selfish? They take up hospital beds because of their life choices. They make life decisions to not be healthy much like the unvaccinated make their decision.Your analogy is right on point and don't let anyone tell you anything different. Obese people make the decision to be obese much like the unvaccinated make their decision to not be vaccinated. Both have all the information they need but still make their own decision to be not be healthy. I am not advocating that everyone starts to shame the obese. To be clear, we shouldn't be shaming either group because it's only going to cause more division. There is a plethora of unhealthy decisions made every day by many of us yet the unvaccinated are the only ones being attacked daily.and alcoholics choose to be alcoholic and drug addicts choose to be addicted.you guys are so far off base its mind boggling

Very unhealthy individual giving health advice on public TV. They might want to think that over.Meltdown99 said:So the answer is no…even though you could spread the flu and an elderly person could pick it up and who knows…ok.
you are wearing a mask because you are told too…we all knew wearing a mask during cold and flu season would be beneficial, we have seen examples…it’s not uncommon for asians to wear masks… The guy on the right is an NDP politician from northern Ontario…he was this on tv yesterday losing his shit over the unvaccinated…I thought he was going to stroke out, look how red his face is? So unless this dude was bigger at the start of the pandemic, then what has he done to improve his odds if he contracted the virus? What is he going do just sit around and get jabbed every month while not lifting a finger to help himself… The guy on the right is an NDP politician from northern Ontario…he was this on tv yesterday losing his shit over the unvaccinated…I thought he was going to stroke out, look how red his face is? Yeah, I think so. I had a flu bug once before COVID that was really, really bad. And that was about 5 or 6 years ago. At this stage in life, yeah, I'm covering my ass. Oh yeah, and my mouth and nose as well.

If the vaccine was still effective then maybe Quebec might have a case...but the vacinne is proving to be less effective and expecting people to get a shot every 3 months to cover up for politicians and bureaucrats who can't manage the healthcare system properly is ludicrous....and if that greaseball running Quebec is somehow your hero, well...choose better...
 .
The greaseball running the province also promised medical info would not be shared between government agencies...so it's not ethical...but ethics don't matter when your covering up your own incompetence...Give Peas A Chance…0

Let’s bring in a fat tax. We know that obese people do very badly with Covid…let’s tax them?
because we do know is that fat people cost the system plenty?
what we do know is that the vaccine is less effective? We do not know the course of the this virus or the vaccine…so yeah let’s tax people who refuse to get jabbed every 3/4 months because your cult leaders are DUMB…Give Peas A Chance…0

But if they went that route then this guy needs mandatory therapy with mandatory checkups every 5 months to determine his tax penalty if he was naughty to pay for his therapy and burden on the health care system.mickeyrat said:Gern Blansten said:

You are charged extra for life insurance if your BMI is above a certain level, so they absolutely should do the same with those refusing to get vaccinated.AW124797 said:

Everybody has a reason. Even the unvaccinated.Maybe the tax is just that you die at a younger age for obesity? The tax for Covid may be that you live with severe brain damage or severe vascular issues. Some studies have shown that men experiencing a severe case of Covid are having erectile disfunction issues. If you don’t like me calling anti-vaxxers “idiots”, maybe “limp dickers” is a more appropriate term?
The vaccinated are still getting way less severe cases if they do get a “breakthrough” case, so they are most likely safer from that outcome.Post edited by PJPOWER on0
