    BUT - the time to make travel plans BEFORE you know you have tickets is not actually help. ;)

    don't know when 10c starting doing this, but i saw on the site last night, hotel accommodations, site seeing destinations, etc. i was extremely impressed.

    *~Pearl Jam will be blasted from speakers until morale improves~*

    Isn't it like a five day wait to find out if you have tixs? I don't think that makes much of a difference. Hotels can always be cancelled.

    Oh and actually you don’t know about tickets until Feb 12. That’s a lot longer than 5 days from announcement of hotels

    Agreed.  The intentions are all good and appreciated by this fan. Thank you for trying a way to let more fans get tickets.

    Seriously.
    With the Europe tour winding down, well done by them to get the info to us and presented with the instructional video so we could all figure out the new system.
    I'm sure there are some folks with glitches or still some confusion about the process, but overall seems the delivery went smoothly. Now hopefully the actual entry into the shows goes smoothly as well, which will be moreso on venue staff.
