I just bought my first Stones record (Beggar's Banquet).  Admittedly, I know nothing other than radio hits in their catalog. They're a band I've been meaning to explore since the beginning of the pandemic.

Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin close to beating out the two greatest bands in the world.  This is such a strange place.

Haha, yeah, keeps them brain cells stirred up!

A great album and not a bad place to start.  I wouldn't call Beggar's Banquet "under-rated", but maybe a bit underappreciated.
It would be fun to do a Stones "favorite album" poll but impossible here.  There are simply to many of them.  Just in the original band with Brian Jones era alone there are 12 of them!

Least favourite of the four left. Don’t find myself pulling Zep records off the shelves these days.
I feel that Led Zep are the greatest band that ever existed myself.

This has to be one of the cooler things uncovered for me.  A very young, playing live Rolling Stones.

I love the way John is digging Sympathy.  Rock and Roll Circus is a great little film.
The Stones are a great big band!

3rd time in a row voting for Pink Floyd. Never got into them, and I’m not keen on the covers that PJ do either.

I hope I didn't play too much Beatles in the "Rate the Song" thread. Now I understand why you gave John Lennon's "Oh My Love" a 2...you were feeling generous that day.

Sitting out the next round. There's certainly a band I like more than the other, but neither are even close to the "best."
