Agreed. It gets harder and harder to continue buying from ten club as opposed to other places for reasons such as this. But I still do.
...And even more so now that they are shipping by region, as opposed to in order that they were purchased. Not sure that's totally fair when supply is limited..
I ordered within the first hour they went on sale and now I'm not sure I will get mine anytime soon if I'm not included in the next batch. It's not exactly clear to me.
What was clear was when the listing stated if not ordered by a certain time then they won't receive until after the new year. Not sure if that still holds true to those that ordered within the time frame.

It's not unreasonable to assume ten club would have priority regarding anything pearl jam over any other provider. Think about it.
It's not a shipping speed issue..its a stock issue. And let me say it's to no one's fault. It is what it is. But it becomes a shipping speed issue when it's a matter of months more wait, not simply just a few days wait.
Some purchasers are being prepped for a months long wait by these updates.
When there's a need, First come first serve seems more appropriate then shipping by location. How is it not? Think the Midwest will ever get a shipping priority? The south?

the biggest issue as I see it is transparency. we wouldn't even be having these discussions if 10C would just put in the description (available through Ten Club and the following retailers: ). I always buy from 10C if I'm not sure if I'm going to get shut out or not. Especially being in canada. I know going in that my wait with the fan club is likely going to be longer than if it shows up in stores.
I would imagine logistically it's easier to ship a bunch to one region than it is to just do it as they come in. Especially with such a small staff for such big jobs.
