New album and tour.  3 albums in 4 years is pretty good for a fan.

Not a fan of this album but good for them and their fans. 2 new albums in 2 years , and already working on the next one. Too bad my favorite bands don’t seem to like to release new music often.

This album wasn’t what I was expecting, but I like it.  It’s kinda like their Nebraska.

It's a good album after listening to it properly, you do have to be in the right atmosphere to appreciate it... Sort of like Nebraska, a beautiful album but it probably sits on the record shelf more than others, listened to when it's needed in life.

Tough listen, but happy they are putting out something.  1 or 2 decent songs.  Hopefully next year album goes back to their familiar sound.

Really like West Hills and In the Car Outside.   I also read that the guys from Dawes did backing vocals on The Getting by, pretty cool.

I'm heading to the show Thursday night at Terminal 5, going to be my first show in 18 months.

Those two stood out for me as well.

I really feel like I'll love this album in 2-3 years. It's taking me a while to wrap my head around the stripped down, stuck in small town America vibe.

I actually like it a fair bit. I think it's much better than their last album. But then, I never go for a "familiar sound". I like it when bands totally switch it up from album to album.

I've only listened to the new album once and it didn't do anything for me at all. Way too slow and depressing. There is not one song that stands out to me at all. Imploding the Mirage is really good and I'll stick to that one.

Lol, I guess crowd surfing didn't exactly work out for him, judging from his head wound, lol, but it looks worth it anyhow!
