Tough listen, but happy they are putting out something.  1 or 2 decent songs.  Hopefully next year album goes back to their familiar sound.

I got my dad a pair of tickets to the Atlanta show next year for his birthday. He is a big fan. I like the early stuff, so it should be fun.

Really like West Hills and In the Car Outside.   I also read that the guys from Dawes did backing vocals on The Getting by, pretty cool.

I'm heading to the show Thursday night at Terminal 5, going to be my first show in 18 months.

Those two stood out for me as well.

I really feel like I'll love this album in 2-3 years. It's taking me a while to wrap my head around the stripped down, stuck in small town America vibe.

I actually like it a fair bit. I think it's much better than their last album. But then, I never go for a "familiar sound". I like it when bands totally switch it up from album to album.

I've only listened to the new album once and it didn't do anything for me at all. Way too slow and depressing. There is not one song that stands out to me at all. Imploding the Mirage is really good and I'll stick to that one.

Lol, I guess crowd surfing didn't exactly work out for him, judging from his head wound, lol, but it looks worth it anyhow!

Over the past few years they have solidified themselves as one of my all-time favorite bands as well. Probably top 3 (behind PJ and U2). The last time I saw them was in a 2000 seat venue in 2016 as they were doing a small warm up show for something bigger. It was one of the best shows I've seen. Now the wife and I are flying up to Vegas next weekend to see them again. Going to be really cool see them play a hometown show.

Last album was really good. Best since their debut IMO. Didnt buy it immediately and got it for a great price.

I was supposed to see them this year, but PJ had to reschedule the Nash show for the same night as the Killers Atlanta show.

Imploding the Mirage or Pressure Machine? Both are fantastic albums, but so drastically different from each other. Really looking forward to see what songs from each they play in Vegas.

Boy is a good song...much better than anything off Pressure Machine which is just God-awful. I'll go watch a Disney movie if I want to be depressed.

I'm going to the Seattle show this weekend.  Can anyone tell me roughly what time they've been hitting the stage?

Pressure Machine. I thought it was great. Just really different to what I'd expect from them. Boy is good but it definitely has that Killers sound we are familiar with.

Show up for both. Killers were epic and without completely spoiling the surprise, their guest for two songs is amazing.

I’ve seen so many shows in my life, even was fortunate to see the Killers last summer during the height of Covid restrictions at a private event.  Tonight was special, maybe the Friday night Vancouver crowd, not sure. Played so many good songs and even didn’t play a couple I expected to hear

Imploding mirage was a Covid album I listened  to a ton and in my mind was a musical renaissance for the killers. Loved hearing those songs plus the new single “Boy,” which is so far my song of 2022.

long story short. Anyone debating it, go see them this tour
