Just re subscribed for the first time in years to get the Dylan set.  Looks like I’m gonna have to get the standard 2 lp because blind Willie mctell

As long as it shows you cancelled in your account, I wouldn’t be too concerned with it. I technically have not renewed yet (mine hits on the 30th), but I also received the verify shipping address email.

after I cancelled I got an email "thank you for attempting to contact us" like I had lodged a customer service complaint. Said nothing about cancelling my sub. 

I have the same status...don't want that Dylan shit.

The Third Man system is odd for sure.  They are pretty responsive to email though.

I got the same even though I had cancelled immediately after the last vault 

I complained to them about how horrible the last vault sounded.  They tried to solve the issue by swapping out my copy.  I also had a hard time figuring out if I had canceled so while I was emailing someone there I had them cancel me.  Still pissed they let that one out and may not go back.  I wonder if they could post samples of releases in flac so we could gauge the quality before purchasing.

yeah I got the several failed attempts message a while ago. Must be a glitch. Never really had any problem with the current TMR system. Great thing about TMR is that they seem to be able to get records out when so many others are struggling at the moment.

I didn't even open based on everyone's comments they were all just poorly mixed.

so I cancelled my vault subscription back on August 3rd....just got an email stating my Vault 49 is shipping.

I logged into my account and it says "pending cancellation"....I emailed them so we'll see what happens

I don't want this Bob Dylan stuff

I don't think you can cancel the one that's pending.  There used to be a gap if your bill date was after the announce date,  but I think they closed it.  So you're always stuck with one more.  I used to cancel and renew continuously.  In other words,  I wrecked it for everyone.
