    I had to send them an email to remind them to take mine to the post office because sometimes they are slow or forget me. I too am at the end of the alphabet so I'd just shoot them an email.

    I still haven’t gotten vault 48 and it says unfulfilled on the website. Last vault took forever as well.

    I would love for Bob Dylan to release more of the work he recorded with David Bromberg, but Sly and Robbie with Dylan and Mark Knopfler isn't something I can pass on.

    The Dylan set looks good. Ive got quite a few of the bootleg series, some are really good. Its cool there is no crossover with the 2LP version.

    I am not receiving #48 because I had missed the damn deadline...  I thought I was in but they changed everything so my autopay was off...

    Now I have a hole in the series.  Off to ebay unless someone wants to trade for one?

    I did.  It was interesting.  I thought someone said there was an Easter egg at the end but I didn't see it.  The first show was okay,  the second one was much better.  Similar feel to Peel Sessions

    I cancelled by Third Man Vault subscription a couple days ago because I don't care for Vault 49. I just got an email from them reminding me to make sure my shipping address is updated. Is this standard since I'm technically still a member, or should I be contacting them to let them know I unsubscribed?

    As long as it shows you cancelled in your account, I wouldn’t be too concerned with it. I technically have not renewed yet (mine hits on the 30th), but I also received the verify shipping address email.

    I canceled a few days ago and got an email yesterday stating:

    Your subscription was cancelled following several failed attempts at completing payment.

    Not sure what this was about but my account shows no active subscription.

    after I cancelled I got an email "thank you for attempting to contact us" like I had lodged a customer service complaint. Said nothing about cancelling my sub.

    I have the same status...don't want that Dylan shit.

    The Third Man system is odd for sure.  They are pretty responsive to email though.

    I got the same e-mail a week or 2 ago when I cancelled. earlier this week I got an email saying my sub was cancelled. I think you just need to pass the date it would have renewed, and looking at my email when I renewed 2 quarters ago, that was the other day.

    yeah, I just got that same email about "several failed attempts". must be a glitch in their system that is generating that when people cancel.
