Couple questions for the Euro savvy PJ fans:
-I didn't buy 10C Prague tix for 2021 because the date didn't work.  The 2022 date is good, any chance 10C re-open 10C tix for purchase, maybe from people who can't go in 2022 and returned their 2021 tix?  Or do those returned tix just go back to ticketmaster?
-If I buy tix for Prague from ticketmaster, is there anyway to re-sell those, like you can do with fan-to-fan on the US version of ticketmaster, or am I just stuck with the tix if I end up not being able to go?  Thanks for the help!
I've seen quite a few Pearl Jam shows.

I emailed 10C your first question. This was their response:

General public tickets are currently on sale, just visit the Tour page for more info. We have no information at this time about any future ticket drawings.
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

I have been trying, so far unsuccessfully, to acquire a refund for Prague via Ticketmaster.cz.  Unlike other countries Ticketmasters, they seem to have a strange policy on not giving refunds even if the date of a show is moved.  They state that it's down to the promoter of the show as to whether or not refunds will be offered and this promoter won't.  I imagine the same policy applies to Ten Club tickets.  Ten Club tickets still come from the same promoter, they're just given to a different source to sell.

I'm going to persevere with them as we can no longer make the show as it falls now in school term time and coming from the UK, a voucher to use on another show in Prague if is of very little use to us.
A democracy on paper, apparently well ordered, regularly subverted by irrational chaos.

I’m in the same boat except I still might want that show.  I wonder if you could dispute the charge with your credit card issuer? If you try that, maybe let me know if it works.

Just bagged a pair of Budapest standing tickets from the general sale - will wait on booking flights but plenty of options to fly from London after Hyde park on easyJet rather than a train back home north

Ticketmaster Poland is trying to offer me a voucher for any Ticketmaster Poland show

I am trying to explain to them how I will never be attending another show in Poland more than likely.  If they’re not going to allow refunds (which is completely lame) then they need to make the tickets transferable.

Having the same issue with Poland, so anyone thinking of Krakow tickets should proceed with caution.

I would take a voucher good for any Ticketmaster event in the world to be honest, but to offer a voucher only good for shows in Poland is really weak.

That‘s strange European law to protect their business. Imho good customer service would achieve more. In Germany it‘s even stranger. You get a voucher for the local promoter which narrows down the use to practically zero.

If that’s the case then I think I’m out for any Europe shows

why can’t we make tickets transferable then?  Ticketmaster keeps their money, fans who can’t make it can then sell to fans who want to go and are able to go

Otherwise there’s gonna be two empty seats in Krakow where I have tickets.  I’m sure as hell not returning them for a “voucher” I’d rather eat them

Hi there - I emailed tickets.de yesterday about my Frankfurt tickets and they issued me a refund less booking fees this morning. Hope this helps.

Glad to hear that!  It sounds like each country has its own Ticketmaster entity and some are choosing to offer refunds, others not

Tickets.de in Germany offers fan2fan or a refund -10% service charge. That’s pretty fair

Heads up for those looking for "10c GA" tickets... The official ticketing site (https://www.oeticket.com/artist/pearl-jam/) currently has Front-Of-Stage tickets available! Front of Stage / FOS Tickets are essentially "10c floor GA tickets" minus the "early entry" option. You get into the same separated space / golden circle on the floor as the 10c members, you'll only be about 15 - 30 minutes behind on entry. So if you don't need to be in the two or three first rows that's the way to go!

I would definitely take a 10-20% service fee hit to get a refund, both of those options are very fair

Thanks for the update. Not sure if this changes anything for me. It looks like I will only make two shows now with them not lining up 3 of my arena shows. It is looking like Vienna and Prague will be my choice though I will hold onto my Krakow and Budapest just incase I can make a trip that spans that long. Very unlikely with all of the NA shows I am guessing will happen in the same year.

    Oeticket.com offers voucher

Eventim is the "mother" company, based in Germany. Oeticket is the Austrian version. Eventim.se swedish, lippu.fi Finnish, among others. Kind of like Ticketmaster, but with different name in some countries. Basically the same company in every case.

Top right has EN or CZ. That is the best option. Not sure though if you are on mobile

As mrk2 said - same company, different "subsidiaries" in different states. Austria has different laws/possibilities than Germany on vouchers / refunds for events which makes the subsidiaries make different decisions (in their favour)

I've got Vienna tickets bought through OE and i've received an email giving details of the rescheduled gig. It says if i want a refund i can request it through a link in the email but i only have 4 weeks to do so. I'm hoping to be able to go but thought that might be useful to anyone who can't make it?
