    Re Poland ticketmaster had a similar issue for 2020 Aerosmith Kraków tickets. Following 2-3 emails eventually offered a refund within six months. It took the full six months but did happen. If you paid by credit card try a claim thru your provider

    I bought my Vienna tickets directly through the venue Weiner Stadthalle box office. Wein ticket or something. 
    No refund, just voucher. If I cant go just going to try and sell on if I can. Wont be booking flights until well into next year.

    Mailed Ticketmaster PL yesterday to ask for a refund, and got this reply within a few hours:

    "We have received your confirmation of your willingness to receive a refund for your order in accordance with the regulations of the event promotor.
    The refund will be processed to the account or card from which the order was paid for as soon as possible, however, due to the large number of enquiries it may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience. "

    Damn, now London is tempting me. Had a good time at the previous Hyde Park show. Anod now they have that separate 10 club section at front... plus its two shows with no effort to travel between two cities needed.

    Wish I had seen this earlier. I just got on and got 10C tickets for Saturday, but when I checked Friday, you could only buy 1 ticket, not 2 and now they aren't showing. I guess I will need to check periodically and hope for the best.

    Jumped back on and got 2 10C tickets for Friday as well. We are going to England! In about 15 months.

    10C is the front section other 2 aren't, 10C went on public sale when the area didn't sell out to members i think

    No, primary entry just means you get into the massive GA park section before others.  I don’t think it entitles access to the 10c section at all. That’s my understanding.  I could be wrong.

    No, primary entry is for the general area. AXS does not make this clear, but ticketmaster.co.uk does

    Don't rush to buy anything except the 10 club section tickets now. The general area will be available for quite some time. Keep an eye on axs and ticketmaster often. I'm sure 10c section tickets will drop every now and then. Also check if the two day option is available. It is cheaper than two one day tickets.
