I buy Epsom salts from the feed lots so I can have 20lbs of it at a time! Lol ( for hot baths, not the laxative effect).

LOL. I pull them out all the time.

Having to take more that one 10 minute break in a day at work. Slowing down is an inevitable inconvenience.

“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
Variously credited to Mark Twain or Edward Abbey.

It really really hurts when you fall now...like my whole body hurts. Smashed my knees so bad I couldn't get up by myself.
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

Shit, I thought it hurt when I took various falls in my childhood and teens.

Now? I'd be and have been fucked by that.

Take it easy there and heal up, Ms. CNDY.

my step mum works in a nursing home and says when you get really really old and have a fall its usually signs your going to deteriorate and kick the bucket but on a good note if you fall when your in your 60s you generally dont kick the bucket but really feel the aches and pains

Well I'm not 60, and I would have not fallen if the city repaired the sidewalk.

Actually there is a him outdoors, I make him coffee and toast when he's passing. He lives a nomadic lifestyle. He's a nice fella really. Sometimes I give him a cupcake or if he's lucky some fish and chips.
