I told my neighbors to turn down the music and not practice instruments after 9pm.

When you wake up one day and feel all the aches and pains and suddenly you think, "Well, at least I'm still here!"

Besides my appearance, the 2 day hangovers, the month-long colds, and the profound increase in indignation towards litterbugs, I almost seem to be growing younger. :)) But wiser, nevertheless.... I hope. ;)

Speaking of driving......I used to be able to drive for like 24 hours straight.....now, I'm ready to be out of the car after 6 or so.

I used to be able to drive from Charleston to fort Wayne (12 hour drive) after working a 12 hour day. Now, my wife drives first so I can sleep. I usually take over in Asheville before we hit the mountains. Then I give it back to her in Cincinnati. I hate driving now.

I know I have to make an appointment with my eye doctor in the near future, but I don't want to as I know she'll bring up the dreaded "b" word (bi-focals). X_X

used to be able to work a full day, then hop in the car and drive to Montana (10 hrs) all in one shot...these days...yeah, we stop in Spokane for the night.

Going sorta blind in the one eye I can see out of.. My glasses are getting stronger and stronger.. It's kind of scary.. And I can't get contacts, because my eye doctor wants to keep my one eye safe. So.. I've considered learning Braille.

Well today at my first physical therapy for my foot surgery the therapists were ALL women. They Refused to believe my age, they thought I was 40 at most. Either that or it was a feeble attempt flirting. So there I'm going backwards in age.

Because it's the only one I have.. ( don't get me wrong.. I HAVE TWO , just one has no optic nerve.. Birth defect) no one will touch the one that works.. I already looked into that.

My best friend heard some kids listening to "Creep" by TLC today and then pointed out to me that that album came out in 1994 a good 5 or 6 years before these kids were born...and made me realize that was 20 years ago and God do I feel old now....

i like using a house phone instead of a cell. as far as im concerned we're having a darn house phone here on out. they are bigger, you can hold them nicely up to your head or get a plug in wire jobby w/ the ear piece & put the darn phone in your shirt pocket.... hands free, good to go

it bothers me when ppl don't have a house phone & so they use their damn cell phone. unreal & really uncomfortable at their house
